Nice hotel, 5 minute walk from the T station and also a complimentary shuttle from the airport. Easy (and early) checkin was helpful, room was a good size and bathroom was good, excellent shower pressure.
Check out is 11, so there is no need for the cleaning lady to knock at 820!!

The hotel is new and the lobby is warm on a cold and rainy day. The good thing about a new hotel is that the walk-in shower is very convenient. The bad thing is that as soon as you enter the room, there are two bottles of water, and the discount for each bottle is 3 US dollars, which is really outrageous.

Oct2022: 3⭐: I selected this hotel as a result of needing a place close to the house with easy access to the airport. I selected this hotel through the Bonvoy app based on it fitting the criteria I desired. I wasn't able to get to the hotel until the afternoon hours about 1700. I picked up my spouse from the airport and we decided to get her checked in at the hotel on the way to the hospital down the toll road. I noted that the hotel was difficult to enter and it took a bit of concentration to locate the front entrance of the hotel as it sits over top of the tollway 90. There were two handicapped parking areas available at the check in lot. There is a pay parking garage attached to the hotel and adjacent to the front entrance into the hotel. The parking garage has more handicapped parking areas available and regular parking as well. The areas are not good for large trucks or RVs. The entrance was located and I parked and we went into the hotel. We walked to the front desk and a female worker didn't greet us, didn't say hello, nor did she say welcome to the hotel. The worker said ”give me your id”. My wife was standing there to my side and I looked to see if there was someone else there we had stepped in front of or cut in line. There was no one there but us. My wife said what did she say? Is this the check in desk? I commented that this is the check in window, right? What happened to the smile, good afternoon, welcome to Sheraton, or just hello. DEMANDING my identification upon entering the building was definitely not appropriate. Having a bad day isn't MY fault. I have a choice to choose this location, not the other way around. We finished the check in at the desk, paid for parking, and we went to the room. We dropped off the bags and found that the bathroom door sags and does not properly close as it's hitting the bottom of the frame. One of the window blinds wasn't properly functional. The noise canceling device and the traffic was something to tolerate. Some vehicle drivers passing under the hotel on the tollway, enjoyed throttling the engine. This added noise to an already bad situation. Decent area food spots are walking distance from the hotel.

GGuest UserVery well-appointed, modern rooms, large bathrooms, great meeting space catering. My only complaint was that I came down late one evening to get fresh towels for my room and the front desk associate rolled her eyes and sighed because housekeeping was already closed and she would have to search for towels. Another associate was coming to the front at the same time and I believe she saw her reaction and volunteered to grab them for me. I was shocked and puzzled by this behavior, but didn’t say anything because the other associate went above and beyond to remedy. Considering housekeeping now comes at request only and some of us are still figuring that out, you might want to leave extra toiletries and towels somewhere assessible to the front desk so the staff doesn’t have to go far too find them for guests in need - and most importantly - not be annoyed by such a simple request.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel because it was the least expensive place I found anywhere remotely close to Boston. While it was far from cheap, it was affordable. It's also a very nice hotel. I arrived just shortly after noon. The desk clerk was extremely pleasant and accommodating. While I expected to just leave my bags and go out exploring, he actually checked me into a room immediately. The hotel couldn't be better located. It's a block and a half to the North Quincy 'T' station. You can go from your room to the red line platform in five minutes and then easily get anywhere greater Boston. While for some reason they keep the front door locked at all times, the area around the hotel seems quite safe. It's mostly transit-oriented development--brand new condo towers and a variety of chain stores and restaurants. The room was large, immaculate, and quite well appointed. The only thing I'd improve is the lighting. It seemed quite dark both by day and night. Some overhead lighting options would be nice. Another quirk was that the alarm clock was set to the wrong time, and there didn't appear to be any way to set it correctly. While I use my phone as the actual alarm, I do like to look at the clock if I should wake in the middle of the night. With one exception, the hotel facilities seemed quite nice. The exception is the ice machines. They are strange (quite different than what most hotels use), and they seem to break down frequently. They really should swap these out for a more standard alternative. Those quirks do not lower my rating, though. The room was nice, and the breakfast was also quite good. When I return to the Boston area, I'll very likely stay here again.

GGuest UserWe had a great experience here. I had three rooms rented for a group and we didn't have an issue with any of the rooms or amenities. Rooms were all clean and well stocked. Food at the restaurant on site was great. The breakfast was great. And everyone at the front desk was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
