We had an exceptional experience at this restaurant! The food was exquisite, with each dish perfectly crafted and full of flavor. The cocktails were equally impressive, offering a creative and delightful selection that complemented the meal perfectly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the evening. A special shoutout to Geovanny Armas, who made our visit truly memorable. He was incredibly attentive, took the time to explain the menu in detail, and made us feel right at home. His service added a personal touch that elevated the entire dining experience. Excellent service.Staff in all areas ready friendly so kind, educated and helpful in all matters.The cleaning and if the room and all the things are so neat.The restaurant excellent, they present a delicious menu , breakfast buffet always ready on time and variety, omelette my favorite and the natural juices. I will recommend this hotel in Quito to my friends, collages and family for future travels . Thanks to the staff for everything during my week in Quito.

Got upgraded to a suite, huge room with big, beautiful bathroom with the best shower ever. nice location and not too far from main attractions, Breakfast does not have many options so that was little disappointed other than our stay was very comfortable. Excellent customer service.

First of all, the Hilton Colon - like most Hiltons outside the U.S. - is far superior to equivalent Hilton properties in the States. Relatively clean rooms (no stray hairs anywhere!), comfortable bed, great shower water pressure, clean towels, nice and cozy executive lounge, etc. The room, and the property in general, is dated but things mostly work as they should. In the Southwest facing ”executive” king room, and in the executive lounge, the views of the city are spectacular. Unfortunately, the ”free” breakfast buffet is slop, with the most atrocious coffee in Quito. The exception is the made-to-order egg station and the nice gentleman who expertly cooks them. Bring your own coffee from one of the countless cafes nearby and then order just the eggs and some toast. Or, better yet, get an authentic Ecuadorian breakfast elsewhere for just a few dollars. There was extensive road construction going on during my stay on Avenida Patria, which is the main road adjacent to the South side of the property. Very loud during the day, and bright spot-lights aimed at the hotel were left on during the night for some perplexing reason. Not the hotel's fault, of course - just something to be aware of if planning to stay here in the near future. Lastly, the front desk receptionists at this hotel reminded me of the female customs agents at Quito airport. Not friendly for sure, and rather stern. On the other hand, many other staff members, housekeeping in particular, were kind and helpful. Would I stay here again? I think so, once the road construction is completed.

The room was also said in the past, but the level of facilities was too low. Especially the quality of the bed and the bedding were old and uncomfortable, which was very important for travelers. The overall style is distinctive, but for underdeveloped areas and countries, this personalized residential house still needs to remind travelers to consider carefully. Moreover, in terms of cost performance, it is not very cost-effective. Several service lads are very good and very intimate. Must give them a thumbs up?

My wife and I always stay overnight at the Wyndham when we arrive on a late flight to Quito after our travels. We live fairly close-by but we feel like we are extending our vacation for another night when we stay here. The hotel is beautiful and everyone we come into contact with is very nice and provides impeccable service.
