酒店是今年新裝修挺新的，寬敞舒適，乾淨衞生，自動化程度很高，有智能馬桶，自動窗簾，電視機很大，床和枕頭很舒服，老闆一家人和服務員態度非常好，有求必應，我到了沒地方停車，老闆馬上把他自己的車位讓出來給我，很客氣很感動，還有免費的早餐，真是太好了，下次有機會還會光顧！

特地跑來衢州看演唱會，但是酒店讓人太失望了。房間挺大的，但是一進到屋裡是香的刺鼻的空氣清新劑味道，不好聞希望改善下。床墊和枕頭都很高，越睡越累。房間隔音很差，早上阿姨在隔壁房間打掃衞生聽的一清二楚，在走廊的房間門口也能聽到裏面的説話聲。這個價格也不便宜，但是整體設施就像公寓一樣，是住過最不舒服的酒店。就像公寓改成了酒店名字，希望改善下吧。優點就算是有智能馬桶和智能小度了，服務也算熱情

去衢州旅遊，住到這樣的酒店真的很糟心，找前台反應前台鳥都不鳥你的。首先那個門房卡根本打不開我上下三次，後門是一個大叔來打開的，門就是壞的跟機關一樣，本身吃了辣的腸胃不好就急着上廁所，我一進廁所都驚呆了，這個是？衞生真是堪憂！接着就是一晚上的抓蚊子游戲，真的是太棒了，一晚上被蚊子咬死，不知道是不是酒店特色。早上那個飛機一輛接着一輛那個噪音是真的很絕。真是一次很棒的酒店入住體驗！！！推薦大家都來入住白馬酒店，來體驗一下抓蚊子游戲！
