Breakfast is very bad, also they are not flexible i asked them to give breakfast when i check in morning and will not take breakfast at the time of check out but they have charged me.

Reached the hotel 3 hours before check in time. He charged rs 500 more for it when the room was available that time. When other hotels are giving if room is available. No thanks

Property is very neat affordable, and location is very good, near by phool chowk lot of eateries are around, near by there is a business complex and market, you can get local transport very easily

Personal visit. Hot room very stuffy and pesticides smell because pest control activity was carried out a day before as per their staffs. Thank god it was only an overnight stay.

Worst experience, i booked here as error as i coudnt see couple friendly on makemytrip it was hardly 15mins they said we cant allow and you will get your refund but they denied when i ask them to cancel but they denied & you will not get your refund, i didnt booked intentionally it was clearly a mistake. Never in my life will use makemytrip for hotel bookings i had enough purely fraud way to get money.

WORST!! Stay on the road, not in this hotel. The behavior of the staff was absolutely pathetic, and the prices were outrageously high for the lack of quality provided. They spend money on Karbala, but not a penny to clean or maintain the hotel. It was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The rooms were dirty, the amenities were nonexistent, and the overall service was extremely disappointing. Don't stay here, NOT EVEN FOR FREE. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay.
