Rinzing was a great masseuse and relaxed my body, the whole spa team had a great hospitality behaviour. Everything was super clean and tidy with good aroma around. Definitely must visit. Mayfair hotel & resorts spa was a wonderful experience for me and my husband

We visited Tea Pot for dinner, we ordered from the a la carte menu, and everything was so so good. Definitely gonna visit this place again. And the hospitality, I am falling short on words, everyone was really polite and helpful. Especially Saroj and Anjali Chauhan!!

I had attended a wedding organised here in our family. What a place ! Serene … the lake , the greenery… the rooms are hugely spacious with luxurious facilities/ amenities area… Teapot - the breakfast area - here they spoil you for choices in breakfast . Mama Mia- the itialian eatery provides delicious pizzas and a variety of bread based eatables. Service is very good .. the housekeeping was impressive.. especially the one who did my room .. DIGESH… pretty.. very soft spoken , smiling , cheerful little girl … her mannerism was pretty good

Excellent property . From the moment we arrived, the ambiance transformed dramatically, enveloping us in a sense of calm and tranquility. The resort’s stunning natural surroundings made us feel as if we were nestled deep within a forest, far away from the noise of the city. The property is beautifully maintained, showcasing lush greenery and well-kept pathways. The attentive staff made our experience even better; there was always someone available to assist us with anything we needed. I want to give special recognition to Ms SONALI at the front office. Her warm hospitality and willingness to help made a significant difference during our stay. Getting around the resort was effortless thanks to the convenient buggy car service, which added a unique touch to our experience. The buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. We also enjoyed the clean and inviting pool, perfect for relaxation.

An excellent hotel. Great food great ambiance great hospitality. Had amazing time. Staff is very courteous specially Ms Ruby and Ms Sanju who took care of us nicely on Restuarent. Location on lake is mesmerising. Room are spacious and property is fantabolous

The property is a perfect getaway for a staycation and closer to airport . The rooms are very very well maintained . Mamma Mia Italian and desserts are to die for especially chocolate delite. The greenery in the place is superb and make you feel very pleasant . Alok in the spa is a magician who with his massage can make you feel relaxed .

Stay was great. Was surrounded by flora and fauna. Hotel staff was cordeal, but the restaurant servers need more training. For example - i ordered appetizer, entre and dessert in that specific order but my coffee/juice came very late. Also another time i had a guest, and they got my food first but took 20 mins to deliver my guests; they need more training in servicing etiquette. Rest the stay was very pleasant.
