Pros: 1. Good Property with excellent landscape - large trees with swings with flora and fauna. 2. Clothes drying racks and clean washroom. Also upon asked they promptly provided a kettle BUT no sugar no tea/coffee bags. Cons: 1. Lack of professional Hotel staff - three people staff including a manager who never picks calls, one cook and a helper (the poor boy who run all the errands) 2. Basic food with five star rates - Unhygienic cutlery, plates all plastic, even the tumbler are plastic - completely worn out (Had to wash ourselves the cutlery and plates - not at all washed, food particles with oil on it, they just rinsed in water for sure. Even the tray on which they bring food, when was it washed last we dont know - rest you can imagine. 3. Breakfast was basis and brought cold and not worth at all - road side vendor can give better food. The sink outside dinning area is the most dirty and the kitchen area under the stairs was a horrible site 4. Rooms have no glass/tumbler - no tissues, no toilet paper, no teaspoons etc. 5. Outside room the area is extremely dirty with rat and mice droppings, plastic bottles, waste plastic bags, wrappers etc. And lots of ants. Nick and corners are never cleaned and windows are full of dust and cobwebs.

You get what you pay for. Basic hotel with minimum basic but clean facilities. Though they say Free WIFI but it is not available in the rooms (only available at the reception). At least they shouldn't misguide the guests. Their location is really plus as it is walking distance from the west gate of the temple. The food at the DEVI restaurant was surprisingly good - you can try it there.

We had an overall incredible stay in August at this hotel. The rooms are clean, and the service is outstanding, always attentive and friendly. The South Indian breakfast is particularly delightful, offering a rich variety of flavors. However, there was an issue with our booking. Despite being informed that only rooms with two queen beds were available, we were given a room with just one queen bed. During checkout, we were charged the rate for the two-queen bed room because they claimed it was arranged to accommodate our family. It was quite clear that the room could only fit one queen bed. Nevertheless, every other detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the prompt service, added to our otherwise memorable experience. We recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodation and dining but advise confirming room details in advance.”
