We booked the family suite thinking that it will be comfortable and relaxing however the room, the hotel and the staff is complete mess… The room was untidy, no toiletries, bed linen was not washed, no towels, when asked for towels they gave dirty towels.. the floor mats were dirty and were not changed from previous stay… the room was still under development and seems they put on rent still… don’t be fooled by the opulence of outside and the photos… this is a real bad place to stay … to add to misery, staff were rude and did not cooperate all… it feels this was 3k-4K worth a hotel… the only good thing is it is close to temple… should take down this hotel

room was good but house keeping not coprative . in washroom all express not working. in room TV not working. and most important wifi service was very bed . if this is 🌟 hotel then I will sa from my view more batter others hotel those are not stare hotel.

Terrible
Don’t book this hotel till they finish renovating, good size rooms but as I said still renovating, dirty towel’s asked them to change but no one cares. Mess every where in the hotel, builders walking around in the lobby, not a good site

All the fixtures and everything was in terrible condition even the food was bad. Only the outside look is good inside its maintenance is worst.

The stay was good. Deepika was the at the front desk who took good care and guided everything. The staff were cooperative as well. The place is nearby rameswaram temple

Located in the main road, easy to locate. Breakfast was awesome. Very good service by the restaurant staff.
