Limited options in the city. I felt like an average hotel. Very near to the railway station. Not that much worth for money during my visit. Small room, very old building. However i got adjusted as there is hard to find another one. So stayed with a positive mood.

Our stay in maple wood is simply thrilling. The hotel, its location, rooms, exquisite furniture in rooms and their arrangement was superb. Food was of high quality, and moderately priced. From manager to gatekeeper, everybody was extremely courteous and helpful. Room service needs special praise. This must be one of the 3 best hotels in ranchi. Whenever i come here again, i'll prefer this hotel only. I can't the way to deduct 1 or 2 marks from full marks of 100.

This hotel i booked in a hurry. But my stay at this hotel was good. I have booked 2 standard rooms there but hotel upgraded my one room to deluxe room and did not charge me extra for that. Budget hotel with very basic amenities and without a kitchen or functional restaurant. Rooms are of average size without furniture. No geysers, no running hot water, no WiFi or intercom. TV not working and toilets are dirty and dangerous for women, children and elderly people. No complimentary water or toiletries. Food has to be purchased personally from other hotels or eateries nearby. Not suitable for average families with kids and tourists.

We booked the hotel online for 2 days stay from 7th April23 to 9th April 23 after reading good reviews. But after reaching the hotel we were overwhelmed it was a complete paisa wasool decision.We were given a room no 115 which was a standard room with ac.The icing on the cake was the rooftop swimming pool which can be accesses anytime between 7 am to 5 pm at the minimal cost of Rs 100 per person for swimming costume.The staff of the hotel were very much cordial and friendly especially Mr Hemant Mukherjee who haelped us to arrange the Patratu Valley and Ranchi Sight seeing Tours. Overall experience very good.Would recommend others to enjoy the hospitality of the Winsome. Mr Subhra Kanti Mukherjee Asansol
