Amenites is poor, no toileteries was there, food was pathetic, leftover food was served. Service is also not good, very bitter experience. Not value of money

Too much expensive, no facilities available as per shown, bed sheet dirty, dirty tea pot, room size too small, and uncomfortable, ac not working properly, toilet seat dirty, and bed smell, pillow dirty and bad smell, stayed at hotel coral grand very expensive, please update day to day room prices so consumer not facing financial loss

Rooms are not hygienic and it needs painting also. No toiletries in bathroom. Only the restaurant area is good

Most pathetic and rude room service i have ever experienced. Ordered dinner at 8. 30pm. Finally got it at 10. 45 pm after calling them 5 times. They put the delay on me rudely-telling me that i had asked food to be brought in to the room at 10. 30pm. Stay at your own risk.

Location was good. Food was very good but costly. Amenities was average as compared with the name of the hotel. Cleanliness was not as per expectation and charges of the hotel. Toothpaste, tooth brush and soaps was not kept in bath rooms even after reminders. Tea kits and hot water facilities was not there
