I had came to ranchi first time with my family I am looking for hotel where we can stay safely . I was scared about the security but after I was satisfy with the service of hotel specially caring nature of hotel staff enjoyed the homely food all staff are well behaved and prompted

Except the location of the hotel, on a busy road above a small mall, everything is excellent. Room n bathroom spacious, nice and absolute clean, housekeeping and other services very prompt and polite. Food at the breakfast as well as dinner was quite good. A value for money.

This was probably my 3rd stay in Capitol Residency. Right from the gate security *** to the reception desk, in-room dining to restaurant staff all are friendly and genuinely welcoming. Nice, comfortable clean rooms. Breakfast spread is great.. Had some snacks (veg/non-veg) they were delicious.. overall a great stay.. location is great

The service was very fast and all of dem were very gentle and the food served was hot and not very rich according to my order. Breakfast buffet options were good. Overall i liked the hotel location as well as the ambience.
