Holiday Inn Sacramento Rancho Cordova

Eric and Lupe went way out of their way to make sure we had the best experience! We had never stayed here before but we 100% recommend this place to everyone!! It is very clean spacious here! Thank you so much for making our night a great one! They also have breakfast cooked to order for the morning. A bar and restaurant for the evening , perfect for any occasion.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this month. I was really happy with the service and attention that the staff gave , as well the rooms Being exceptionally clean. The staff was amazingly professional. In particular, Eric and Lupe working the night shift went above and beyond to accommodate some special needs I had that evening. kudos to those two and the rest of the staff. I will be staying here again and you should as well.

My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Rancho Cordova in late July 2024. This might be one of the BEST hotel experiences we've ever seen. For starters, not once but TWICE, the manager of the hotel called our room to make sure everything was okay with our room, and it certainly was! The room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, and I'm honestly not sure we could have asked for anything more. The property was quite clean and pleasant looking. We were very tired after a long day and went to the hotel's restaurant, and while the food was quite tasty, they were out of a lot of different drinks and menu items. The bartender was quite friendly, though. This hotel seems like the model that all hotels should follow with their customer service.

The hotel is about 9 miles from Interstate 80 , in a nice area, close to a marketplace, hotel itself is nice, staff very accomodating & welcoming. Room was nice, bed was good, facilities all were that was good , microwave & coffee maker with coffee, tea Free safe parking Marriott right next door with a restaurant but the hotel restaurant was really nice. Burger & chicken sandwich were excellent. There is a bar in the restaurant and Carlos was our server and was so nice. Overall great stay! Anyone looking for these things:There is no safe in the room if you are looking to store any valuables & no freezer in the refrigerator

The pool was Chrystal Clear. Breakfast great. I judge a hotel by these two factors. We will definitely be staying here next time we’re in the Sacramento area. Eric, Lisa and Violeta were extra friendly and helpful with professional courteous communications felt at home from the time we arrived until we left. I wish we would have stayed longer.

Took a birthday trip with my family. Eric, Lisa, and Violeta were extremely accommodating while we were there and they went above and beyond for our family. We will be returning to this location because of these employees. The pool, sauna, and hot tub added even more positive aspects to the experience we had there. Breakfast was delicious and timely.

From the Front desk staff to housekeeping everyone was amazing. My stay was great and I look forward to coming back! Alena and Lupe were so helpful and had the most patience with me and my husband. They had the upmost respect and were very friendly.

It is a rare occurrence that I take the time to write a review yet given the excellent service and experience that I had during my month-long stay at the holiday Inn in Rancho Cordova. I was compelled to do so. The staff at this hotel are excellent at their jobs and and are extremely friendly and professional, Eric Nickerson and Miguel Rivera at the front desk in particular stand out and repeatedly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. During my stay, it was my birthday, and the staff surprised me with a nice card and some complementary drinks and a hot fudge sundae which I thought was very sweet and something that wouldn’t happen anywhere else unless I was paying several hundred dollars a night. Hotel cleaning staff are great. The hotel is very clean and well kept the beds are very comfortable with nice fluffy pillows and nice towels. I also really liked the two fountains out front, which are very peaceful and relaxing to sit in the evening on the patio After the sun goes down. The staff for the breakfast are also very friendly and great. I enjoyed the daily made to order breakfast, which is hard to find at other hotels in the same price point these days. The hotel also has a restaurant that’s open from 5 to 9 PM for dinner and a bar Carlos and Romeo the bartenders are great And everything on the menu is excellent especially the chicken and the fish tacos and the fish and chips!
