Internet was not working properly, beds and pillows are damaged. Room service and food items are quite expensive. Need more hygiene in services.

Hotel food was good. Bed very small it's only for 2 person sutaible and its single bed 2nos. I requested for additional bed for single person but they will not provide free of cost. It's changed per person 1200 rs. Room was big but bed not sutaible for 4 person. I am not taking images during stay.

Staff is clueless, enters room without knocking door, billing folks are clueless on how booking works, food served was pathetic in taste

I booked swagat when I didn't see any review about it but I saw clean hotel rooms and property photos. i could het very clean and clam stay with beautiful road view. breakfast and other food was also good. i would recommend go for this oñe and spend, make worth of your money.
