The Staff was amazing including the owner. All very helpful. Bed was a bit wack very old no support. Tub was dirty.

I never got a room. I ask for one in stevenville TX and the booked me one in ranger TX.
Waiting to see if they refund my money. Ranger is 50 miles away from where I wanted to stay.

Terrible service and treatment of the client, some new people arrived to stay next to my room, during the night they began to drink alcoholic beverages and in the end they came out fighting, breaking the glass of my room without caring that I was sleeping with my baby and it comes out My husband was furious and told the manager and was upset that he yelled at him because of the adrenaline that they were doing damage, these men didn't care and those who fought and made all the mess fled in their trucks and ran us away because we were the ones affected. . 😡😡😡 without giving us any refund for 3 nights.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! MADE A RESERVATION BECAUSE i WAS HEADING DOWN FOR AN EMERGENCY. IMMEDIATLY AFTER MAKING THE RESERVATION, MY AUNT PASSED AWAY SO THERE WAS NO LONGER A NEED TO GO SEE HER. CONTACTED THEM WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF MAKING THE RESERVATION. THEY TOLD ME TO CONATCT PRICELINE WHICH I DID. PRICELINE AGREED TO REFUND THE MONEY BUT THE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE PRICELINE HIS NAME SO THEY COULD NOT REFUND ME. I CALLED BACK TO EXPLAIN TO HIM I COULD GET A REFUND IF HE WOULD GIVE HIS NAME WHICH HE REFUSED TO DO. I HAD TO PAY FOR THE ROOM THAT I DID NOT USE.

Advertised with a pool and breakfast; neither were provided. Also the man on duty used profanity. TV did not work; it would cut out after about 3 minutes. No blanket so we FROZE!!! Never again!!!
