The staff were very polite and helpful. I got a 20% off coupon and had a delicious meal at the restaurant. During happy hour, I got 2 bottles of beer for 15 Dhs.
The hair dryer has a weak wind power, so it might be a good idea to bring your own.

Shower head was broken, unable to take shower, minibar was completely out of order, waited around one hour to replace, too dirty in the rooms, bathroom did not has tub. Breakfast was quiet, and excellent based on the value that you pay.

my first visit when I come here I take my dinner is very delicious it's make maybe is the Nepal chef he told waiter his name arshana and they make skill Salman very delicious a recommend everyone and they make skill Salman very delicious androme also very cleaning and reception people also very nice the short lady everytime smiling I forget this lady name thank you from action hotel I will visit one more time

Our first visit to Ras Al Khaimah was memorable, thanks to our stay at Action Hotels. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally well-trained and friendly, providing efficient service. The Food & Beverage team was extremely helpful, and the reception staff were equally accommodating. Special thanks to Primashi, who made our stay particularly comfortable.
