3-Star Hotels in Ratingen

I had a single room in attic/sloping ceiling €52 3rd cheapest on *********** booked day before. I arrived 23:30 and had to phone for a PIN code to get in.. was emailed straight away 👍. (Number above pin pad at main door) Small room but ideal for my needs sleep and business next day. Rooms clean.. staff very polite. On checkout asked me if it was too hot… I said yes a fan would have been nice. She said they are putting them in the rooms today. Coffee to go was offered at reception where breakfast is served. Breakfast and coffee good. I could really ask for more. Breakfast extra €13-14 I think. To sum up I will revisit if price is right.

The room is very small. The carpet is decorated with fireflies, dirtflies and colorflies. There you don't even want to put a foot on it with houseshoes. Breakfast is OK, but every day is the same. The room service is not organized. Sleep towels were removed, but no new were laid. Coffee capsules were not filled. The bathroom was freshly renovated, but the shower cabin still not closed properly. The mirror was obviously older and had damage. One watch on the mirror showed the wrong time, but it has not interested even...

We used the hotel for a night to fly from Düsseldorf Airport on the next day. Parking are available, the reception is very friendly, the rooms have come somewhat into the years, but everything is very clean. At foot you can conveniently reach some good locations and the route to the airport is also top.
