Filthy bathrooms, rooms and poor housekeeping and service standards

Worst standard of housekeeping and service. Used Bedsheets, cobwebs in the windows, broken bathroom fittings, room smelled like a sewer, lizards and mosquitoes in the room. all plates chipped from corners, list goes on.

I stayed hotel balaji, ratlam, 26th june 22, it was a pleasant experience with all services were excellent. Very co-operative staffs and hotel has its own restaurant, with best services they served to us. I recommend hotel balaji for comfort stay in ratlam.
