The rooms were excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful “no” was not in their vocabulary. I would definitely come back and stay here. The views were incredible and the 3 min free shuttle to square was so handy. The walk was 7 mins if you prefer walking.

We stayed in May as a couple & a 2nd time end of August as a family. Breathtaking views, lovely, clean, large & modern rooms. If you are staying in a deluxe suite I recommend 701 which has a huge terrace overlooking the bay! The staff go above and beyond to help. The 2 minute shuttle up to the main square is great, you can pre book it for the journey back too, but it’s a downhill 10 minute walk which isn’t bad. Breakfast is lovely & they provided gluten free options. Pool towels are provided & you can order drinks & food to the pool area by waiter service. Overall a fantastic stay once again, we will be back!

Great hotel outside of the main Ravello square. Welcome was extremely warm and friendly. Room was ready as we arrived (and we were early). Room was very big and to a good standard. Everything you would need, we also had a balcony room which was lovely. Pool was quiet with a little bar that did a nice lunch, very reasonably priced. The shuttle service to the square was a god send. We were at a wedding and I was able to use the service to head up to the square for a hair appointment and they came back to pick me up. Breakfast room was a little warm but the choice was pretty varied. We only have one criticism…we ordered a taxi to take us to our next stop in Amalfi (a 20 minute trip) and we were charged €70. Which is outrageous!! If you want a hotel with amazing views but a bit out of the tourist area in Ravello, this is perfect.

Il soggiorno in questa struttura è stato indimenticabile . Stanza molto bella,pulitissima con vista mozzafiato. Letto molto comodo. Il personale è efficiente e gentilissimo, probto a venire incontro alle richieste. Tornerò sicuramente

We have just returned from 4 night stay in a suite (606) with 2 young children and had a lovely time. They were so accommodating with the kids - they would give me fresh milk for the baby every eve and morn - to the point they knew why I was coming. Rooms spacious & gorgeous views. Pool lovely but shady in afternoon from about 3pm - no issues though kids still played. Breakfast - great variety for all. Parking - perfect after winding round those mountains 10 min walk to the Ravello centre

Poor attention to customer. The attention isn't worse the price. With a room right at the corner of Ravelo event center, and having the GUCCI party till 1am, I asked to be asigned another room. After hour of wait, I'm still waiting for the new room ;-)! Also, don't expect an efficient internet... just impossible to conect to basic profesional tools and very poor willingness from the staff to help. I NEVER received my ******* member discount/gift. Amazing views, but unpractical room set up. Poor attention to details, shutle never in time. Etc etc. Better options are available over the Amalfi cost for half the price.
