Visited Rayong at the beginning of the month ago. Looking for a hotel to sleep I heard that it is a new hotel. So I had the opportunity to go Impressed since the parking lot has been served. Good since the parking lot There is a staff to manage the luggage. When going to ask for the room There is always a receptionist. Khun Pon gives very good advice. Gradually have knowledge of restaurants in Rayong, Khun Pon recommends very well. At the kitchen, Uncle Ra recommends it. At that time, Khun Bom took him to the room and introduced the hotel along the way. Along with inviting to subscribe And get drinks at the pool bar at night A little dark, breakfast has a quite food pattern Yes, the staff look fluent. The service is quite impressive at the staff. But the office in the hotel is quite limited, overall it is good.

Stayed here for one night and due to circumstance was just looking for a good value as there was no time for a resort setting this trip to Rayong. In that situation I usually stay at the Marriott but for a place to sleep and run errands within Rayong this place was great. Room was bigger than I expected, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was solid considering the limitations these days but given the space they are using assume that in ”normal” times it is probably quite grand.

This hotel has the best atmosphere on the Sai Kaew Beach, but it asking price far exceeds the value of dining and service they provide. Basically, they charge close to 5-star prices for what is essentially a pretty nice 3-star hotel. Hotel staff were fine, but the staff at the beach club, which is part of the hotel, tend to be very rude to customers. They enjoy giving guests orders that do not make much sense. Other guests got yelled at for resting their legs on a chair at the their table. I came back from the beach, dried myself and changed a shirt before sitting down on a beach towel, and I was ordered to leave (by yelling) because I'm wet. I am respectful of rules and my family and I have visited many beach front properties, I do not believe we commited any violation of etiquette. I also did not see any of these ”rules” displayed near the beach club. May be this is part of their culture at the Sai Kaew Resort, but when they ask for almost USD 20 (incl. tax) for a simple plate of pasta and YELL at customers, then none of these is acceptable. PS. We stayed over 4 nights, and the breakfast buffet was swarmed by flies every morning. Their food court style free seating arrangement means we had to awkwardly hunt down tables ourselves. Again, TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Perfect stay at the hotel. Aoy and his team are fantastic. A warm welcome at check in and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast has everything that you could possibly require, including fresh omelettes cooked to order. My room had an clear, ocean view, stunning to wake up to every morning. The room was big amd very clean. Pillows are great and the bed super comfortable. Yes, the furniture in the room is tired but so what, it is all functional and in working order. Swimming pool on site, but o ean across the road. Gym is great and was very quiet at the times i was using it. Kantary Cafe has delicious coffee, beer and cakes and seems very popular with the locals. Lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. Do yourself a favour, if you're in Rayong, stay here.

Service was great and food was fantastic. Cream was a fantastic server when it came to breakfast. I would like to visit on vacation as opposed to work. I hope to have this experience again as a guest in the future. I will recommend this place to others at home.
