Everything from stay to staff hospitality was good, however I was taken by surprise when I was told to pay for the helipad transfers. I have been coming to Mata Rani darshans for almost a decade and this is the first time any hotel would charge you for this. What surprised me further was that this was not even told to me in advance, else I would have taken a proactive decision. When I asked to speak with the manager, no response was provided and I had to leave from the hotel unattended. The lady on the reception could not care less. Probably the worst customer service experience ever. Not expected from ITC. I urge the management to hold a brand value and not spoil it with display of some random local poor culture which was evident from the looks of the lady on the reception. I expect management to review this and provide a suitable response. Please understand, the local staff is representative of a ITC brand. Clearly this was not displayed. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
