On the day of departure, we checked out first and waited for the bus at the reserved time. However, when we got on the bus, the driver told us that we had no reservation and no vacancies. So I went to the counter to ask again, but another front desk gentleman told us that we needed to check out and tell him immediately, and we could not reserve a special car the night before. We said that his female colleague told us yesterday that we had made an appointment. He immediately said that it was not his responsibility and did not intend to apologize. In short, we could only take the next bus. His attitude was very bad. At the same time, due to communication problems among the staff or lack of unified approach, our travel plans were affected, and we even missed the opportunity to catch up with other scheduled projects. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
