The water volume is small, and the bathtub is small and there will be water accumulation. It is not worth the high charge. The only advantage is that it is close to the coast.

Not worth how much the room cost. The heater/phone/and TV streaming did not work. The front desk did not answer the phone when called on cell.

We recently celebrated our wedding at the Portofino Hotel & Marina in May 2024, and it was nothing short of perfect. The exceptional attention to detail by Rain and Sierra ensured that everything went seamlessly, from the ceremony to the reception. Their dedication and expertise were evident in every aspect, allowing us to enjoy our day without any worries. Additionally, the food was amazing and the views incredible. Many of our guests remarked that it was the best wedding they had ever attended, a testament to the impeccable service and stunning venue. The staff's warm hospitality and professionalism made everyone feel welcome and well-cared for. The Portofino truly exceeded our expectations, creating an unforgettable experience that we will cherish forever. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a perfect wedding location. On top of the wedding, our stay at the hotel was incredible. The front desk welcomed us, as well as our guests, by name every time we returned. We felt truly at home and could not have imagined a more perfect stay. Room service food was 10/10 as well.

the lovely website masks what a subpar place this is. The customer service is non-existent, the front desk clerk Jackson seems like he hates working there AND customers. Room service meal was cold and flavorless, and THEY DON'T HAVE TAP WATER, as a policy. The rooms are falling apart. You're better off at a motel.
