極度非常差、是我在瑞士之旅最劣的酒店！
我訂的房型與實際住的房型完全不同、 非常劣質！沒想到去到旅程的美聲會有這樣的感受！
在旅程中、每一間酒店都很好、唯一就是這家！ 劣質到不行、我拿着我訂的房型相片與酒店老闆說、 他還在辯護、 說我要再付款升級！ 最後我付了款、 還住不到我想要的房型！ 說我來太晚🙄為什麼是我來太晚而給不是我付款的房間給我？ 我已付款及留言我什麼時候取房！他這樣真的太不合理！
這家酒店整棟房間都是太爛、廁所太小！污糟到不得了！還在裝修！大量嘈音！如果想有舒適的旅程！慎重！

Einfach Sensationell!
Ich war das erste mal im Thessoni, aber sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Ein geniales Hotel, mit toller Ausstattung und sehr freundlichen Personal. Und das für einen schier unglaublichen Preis. Zudem wurde mein VIP-Status auf ********** gewürdigt und ich bekam ein Zimmer-Upgrade, wow! Und was mich auch noch positiv verwunderte: Nachdem mit meinem Check-In und der entsprechenden Rückmeldung über ********** etwas nicht i.o. war wurde direkt nachgefragt. Das nenne ich mal Customer-Care. Das Zimmer und auch Hotel macht auf mich einen aufgeschlossenen, positiven, kundennahen Eindruck. Dem Personal ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen.
Für mich ist klar, dass ich wieder nach Regensdorf zurückkehren werde, wenn ich das nächste Mal ein Hotel in diesem Bereich suche!

Suite à une erreur dans ma réservation originale à un autre hôtel et face à des prix exorbitants dus à un surbooking, j'ai opté pour l'Hotel Thessoni pour un séjour professionnel près de Ofikon. Malgré ma réservation tardive vers 22:30, j'ai été agréablement surpris par l'accueil chaleureux et prévenant. Peu après ma réservation, j'ai reçu un appel vers 23:15 m'informant que la réception allait bientôt fermer, un geste d'attention que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. À mon arrivée, l'accueil était sincèrement souriant et empathique. Les formalités ont été expédiées rapidement et, sachant que je partirais tôt le matin avant l'heure du petit-déjeuner, on m'a gracieusement offert le parking. La chambre était une agréable surprise : spacieuse, avec une ambiance chaleureuse de chalet, ce qui m'a immédiatement détendu après une longue journée. Le lit était extrêmement confortable, tout comme la literie. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu l'occasion de tester le petit déjeuner ni le restaurant, mais j'ai trouvé mon nouveau lieu de séjour pour mes déplacements futurs dans cette région. Je recommande vivement l'Hotel Thessoni. En conclusion, cet hôtel a été une révélation au bout d'une journée épuisante, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour votre accueil exceptionnel !

Schlimmstes Hotel dieser Welt ! Absolute Katastrophe !!! Alles verdreckt und im Home stinkt es im Keller.Wascchküche sehr sehr sehr schmutzig alles voller Bakterien und Dreck -Besitzer ist alles egal.Reinigungsfira reinigt nicht richtig.Mataratzen sind gelb und Matratzenschoner werden nie gewechselt.PFUI PFUI PFUI-Insgesamt eine Vollkatasrophe zu massiv überteuerten Preisen.

Very comprehensive hotel in terms of customer service. Very well appointed. Clean, large rooms, very clean bathrooms. A little disappointed with the evening and midday meals. Buffet varied but not of great quality. fish not cooked enough, meats not great (except lunch). The buffet is a bit reminiscent of the Coop or Migros. A bit “canteen” style. Otherwise everything else perfect. THANKS

We stayed one night at the Thessoni to attend a concert at the Hallenstadion in Zurich. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, and the Hallenstadion is just a few minutes away by S-Bahn. Super friendly staff at the hotel, quick check-in, cool, clean and very comfortable room, very good breakfast. We would be happy to come back anytime :-)
