We had multiple people knock on our door, there was a fight right outside our door. There was homeless people everywhere. There was a walk up window instead of a check in counter. It was terrifying and terrible

AC did not work, TV screen had many lines across screen, room stunk like cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking, beds were terrible, evening staff rude and pushy.

There receptionist who call him self owner of the hotel. He is showing violence and very bad language. If stay here i will not stay anymore for free after your experience. The owner act like he giving for free their room to stay. Suggest any customer who stay there if you respect yourself then please don’t stay here to see the violence and bad words after you paying them
