Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been, otherwise it was a nice stay.

Been in worse; been in better. Priced lower than others in the immediate area. You get what you pay for.

We arrived at around 11pm and the girl at the desk was texting someone. She said I did not have a reservation. After about 29 minutes she said I did have one but that your company screwed it up. She continued texting. After about 30 minutes she asked for my credit card and driver’s license. Again I waited as nothings was happening from her side of the counter. If your company is the problem please fix it. Les Lawrence the man with no reservation HA HA

Clean, quiet, fast WiFi, nearby pubs & dining.

Room was roomy and comfortable. Only “issue” was taking a shower I didn’t have but 3-4 min before the water temp started cooling down. Location was great. Within walking distance of lots of places. Good, parks, museum, etc.

Ruined the start of our football game day experience not having a room available when it was supposed to be. Had to drop bags and run to get to the game with enough time to find our seats.

Pet friendly and convenient location

Staff were friendly and helpful. Their in-house dining options were limited.

We stayed in this hotel for the nights of 3 and 4 July 2024. We were most unhappy with the experience. We booked online and were quoted a total price for the two nights. On check-out we were charged the quoted price plus provincial and federal taxes (as expected) but also $4.77 and $4.85 for “Destination Marketing Fee 3%”. Why on earth should we be expected to pay that? We were also charge $15 per night for parking when we made it quite clear on check-in that we didn’t have a car. We are entitled to a refund of $39.62. The first room we were allocated was right by the elevators and was very noisy. So we aske to be moved. The second room was further from the elevators but the air-conditioning system was very noisy, making loud thumps every time it started up or shut down. So we asked to be moved again. The third room was a bit quieter but still there was significant noise coming from the air-conditioning system. At that stage we gave up and resolved to never stay in your hotel again.
