The hotel is not well organized .....the cleanliness of the room is lacking, even though the hotel is still new and the room is nice. Room service was asked to clean it but it was not done even though I had just taken a shower and there was a lot of hair. The food was all salty, not very varied and the food that had been finished was not refilled quickly. The security guard was slow. The receptionist was not friendly

For cleanliness, check in is good. But we want to leave the hotel and ask for room cleaning, in my opinion it is not good and there is no foot mat in the bathroom. For the breakfast menu, in my opinion there is not much variety of food

The room is unique because it's like in a plane, the interior is also nice but maybe a bit unusual because the design is like a karaoke place ahaha but overall a nice experience. The food is also delicious and quite complete, there are Asian and Western options too.

There are too many mosquitoes. I caught 9 on the first day and 4 on the second day before going to sleep. The building is clean, but there is trash everywhere you can see, so it seems they don't clean it.
