The beds and pillows were very comfortable.  However, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, as there was hair and soap residue everywhere.  The bath tub had no grab bars and you had to get all the way in the shower to turn on water.  There was no shower mat to help keep you from sliding (remember, no grab bar).   No shower caps or lotion.  The restaurant was a very pleasant experience, both the staff and food were great! We would stay again, because it is very convenient and close to the train station, which is how we traveled to visit a relative who was celebrating his 75th birthday.

Clean nice and new hotel

I have never stayed at Sands but the stayed at the new tower. From the plans of the hotel, it’s going to look great with the upgrades. The rom was very spacious fridge, coffee and microwave. I would definitely stay again

The hotel is in a good location, only a 10-minute walk from the train station and bus terminal. When I checked in that day, there were still food crumbs on the chair, and there was a towel that looked used and not folded neatly on the washstand.

Reno is not big, and there are many casino hotels. This one is OK. There are many restaurants around, and it is close to the check-in spots. It is convenient for shopping and eating around, and the room is relatively clean.

Newly renovated and quiet. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, very close to the row, worth choosing, and very cost-effective. You can stay here again next time you visit.
