They will add a $40+ ****** fee when you check in. I’m not sure if that is per day or not as I only stayed one night. Everything was quite good there but gone are the days of valet car service. Room was standard with no complaints other than only two for the five lights in the bathroom worked. ****** was surprisingly up to date with many nice dining options. Loved the Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chip shop ($18 for three cod pieces with chips).

Overall a good stay, I liked how there was a good court and a whole restaurant complex that connected to other hotels and made it feel like a mall, ****** and arcade all in one.

It took us about an hour just to check in, then another half hour to get to the room…there was a huge line to get in the elevator. It was my first time at the circus circus and I got charged extra for resort fees and taxes, I usually stay at the GSR or Hampton inn and get a suite which would have cost me less and less stress and time.

Don't like not able to talk to person just a machine.Don't like checking in on a machine and checking out still not see anyone just leave the key in the room. Not paperwork to show our deposit is taken off the card. We will not be back. Our feeling it's taking job away from people. And not a very good feeling not knowing if you are in good standards with your card.

Stayed for Hins Cheung concert and thought it’s acceptable. Book with ticketing agent to save resort fee would be cheaper.

Sky Tower, where most third-party sellers offer cheaper rates is the hellacious trek from registration to the elevator. I stayed on a Friday night, after staying at 2 other (Atlantis, GSR) hotels in the area earlier. The long walkway a 10+ min shlep if you are fit (dare we say tunnel hall) had varying temperatures, cold to heat blasts; and stairs with handicapped lifts non-functioning, and the building's main hall was non-descript fitting for a barebones tourist class establishment. The registration desk service (including the Manager) was barely competent, beyond ensuring you got your keys; I inquired why my Caesars player's card and Platinum Visa Card could not be found on their system. A snark retort about going to the Rewards Center at the Silver Legacy, although I had informed them that I got a message on my app to go to the Service Center before my arrival. I went to the El Dorado Rewards Center and resolved the issue/message or so I was told. In any case, Circus Circus Reno cannot stand as an equal with the other two The ROW Hotels. What a disappointment, both in the physical place (rooms had not been updated since the 80's motel motif) and the staff needs training on customer service. The room (premier deluxe King) was almost a replica of my 80's Motel 6 room in Goleta California (close to UC Santa Barbara).

I reserved 2 king size rooms through Trip.com. Upon arriving they only gave me one room till I brought to their attention reservation was for 2 rooms with 3 people. Rooms were in the Sky Tower which felt like a couple miles away from the casinos and outdoors. The shuttle was out of service so had to make the trek back and forth several times a day. Never saw the gym opened either and always warm to hot in the sky tower. So, upon accessing the rooms, noticed there were 2 medium size beds in each room instead of kings. When I called the front desk they said they ran out but told to return because had more on other floors. Mind you, the walk was horrendous and we were tired from our travels past midnight. After I refused to return several flights, walk a couple miles to the front desk and get in a lengthy line, told them to refund the difference which they comped me $60. Upon check out, they told me one of the eateries was not owned by them and couldn’t comp me. After explaining that I was never told I could only get comped by hotel owned eateries and demanding my full comp did they oblige. It was a stressful stay there.

Overall nice hotel. Only downside is a lot of the casinos in NV allow smoking which is extremely gross and unhealthy. Would be nice if they banned it. But otherwise it’s a fun hotel with lots to see and do and I enjoyed my time there.
