Check in took a long time as clerk was not trained on trip.com reservation, but she was friendly and diligent. Check out was smooth and very pleasant. Room was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Coffee maker did not work, which was a little frustrating. There wasn’t any family-friendly, affordable dining available, so I had to go out for dinner. Bartender in ****** was rude two nights in a row. I went elsewhere to spend my ******** money. Overall good impression, but enough negatives that I will only stay there if I can get a good deal from trip.com again.

The parking lot was a little inconvenient to use, but the room condition was clean and it was fun to look around the beautiful hotel, and I was able to enjoy *** for fun.

We came up for Hot August Nights, because they do have a dedicated parking area for show participants. We do appreciate that! In the parking garage, there were several spots of urine that were there for the duration of our four days. Maybe the pressure wash that once in a while? Wait for rain?
At check-in, the front desk lady seemed to hate her life or job or being friendly in general. Her responses were short and rude. The room had a nice view of the pool area and it was a pretty view at night. But, to see the view you have to wrestle with two sets of curtains which was tough. I had to stand in the chair and grab the curtains from the top to move them. The beds were comfortable, so that's a plus. The bathroom was outdated, the shower head hits you in the chest, but would be perfect height for a 4'8" child. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall on one side, I did let the front desk guy know at checkout. Restaurants were great, lots of choices between the three "resorts" in the Row. There was a small in room fridge to put our leftovers in, and drinks. Their is a Keurig coffee pot, if you want cream in your coffee you'll want to call and ask for more!
Overall, this was an ok stay for what we needed. But, for a grand for 3 nights I think we will be staying somewhere else next year, where we know everything has been upgraded.

Great place to stay in Reno, good prices and friendly staff. Enough facilities to not need to leave the hotel which is good in the snow.

Was there for a event at events center hotel was very nice restuarants were great & fun , needs mini bars & usb plugs in rooms but other than that was very nice beautifully decorated for xmas
