Overall good experience for the price. The facilities were good and adequate for our needs.

It is a very clean hotel! It could use better signage for parking but the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Arrived at the Lobby around 3pm on Christmas Eve and waited 40 mins to check in. Only 2 check in counters were open. Bad service, shame!!!

I ordered food to be delivered to my room once. It was missing half of what was supposed to be there. It was also 35 minutes late from when they said it would be delivered. And it was cold. Another night I was waiting for the front desk to pick up the phone for 50 minutes. At 10pm. Another night the two front desk agents I talked to were very confused. The first one gave me wrong info, and the second one corrected what I was told, but then sent me away to come back later. I really like GSR, and I really enjoy the pool, the rooms are beautiful, the nonsmoking rooms are great, etc. But I do feel they could use a massive customer service training overhaul.

There are many *** hotels in Reno. The city is not big, and it is convenient for shopping and eating around it.

We were accommodated in a regular room on the first night, but at our strong request, we changed it to the Westin room we booked the next day... Although I was given some coupons as compensation, I had no chance to spend it because there were too many people! You can’t even buy breakfast.

This is the best time to stay in a hotel in Reno. The hotel room is large and new, and there is no unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel buffet is reasonably priced. Although there are not many types, it is fresh and delicious! I will go to this hotel again when I go to Reno again!
