Hampton Inn & Suites Reno West, NV

Booked a king suites room. Comes with sofa bed and a small kitchen area. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Complimentary coffee and tea station at lobby area. About 8 mins drive to nearby ****** downtown if you plan to drop by during your stay.

My man dameon at the front desk is awesome. He helped me out with multiple things and and all around great person. Very knowledgeable employee. The breakfast was very nice. The rooms were also very nice to stay in. Give these guys a stay next time you’re in Reno.

Dameon has excellent customer service and his friendliness and easy to go character made my stay that much better. After driving for 13hrs seeing a kid who is whiling to help at all costs is just great. I sincerely hope he gets a raise. Great experience 👍

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel which began even before we arrived. I was traveling with family on a cross-country trip with people of various ages and health issues. We had a reservation for this hotel, but needed to extend it as we had to adjust plans. Makeila was amazing with maneuvering and adapting to our needs. She was able to get us rooms that met our needs. She made adjustments to provide us with what we needed. We had booked for two nights and needed to change that to four. We also needed two rooms. She found a way to make it work. We had to change one of our rooms after the first night only because we preferred two queen beds which were not available the first night. Makeila made sure we had a room close to the other room where my dad was staying. She was so helpful and kind throughout our visit. I also want to mention Dameon who is also at the front desk. He was pleasant and professional. He was very helpful at all times. I had an incident of feeling very lightheaded when I was standing at the front desk. Dameon immediately offered assistance. He helped me to a seat. He got me a bottle of water and watched to make sure I was ok. He even offered to escort me up to my room if I needed him to do that. I really appreciated his kind assistance. I was fine after a few minutes. Over the next couple of days when he would see me he inquired about how I felt and assisted me with anything I needed. He really made my stay so much more comfortable. All of the staff were helpful. The hotel is comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our visit at this hotel. You can’t go wrong choosing this hotel for your stay in Reno. I would definitely stay here again.

The Good. Professional, friendly, staff. Front desk staff was very helpful, and patient. Explaining my charges an fees upon check in and while I was deciding on snacks to purchase. Andrea was very knowledgeable about local area activities an Hot August night schedule. She made me feel welcome an like I mattered. Stopping the task she was doing to tend to my issues and questions. The Bad, was on me for booking through outside party and not through my Hilton honors or calling direct. My recommendation is simply keep up the Great attitude and Pride that employees show in their work. Compliments to all your staff. Front desk for a pleasant check in and first to welcome me back after a day out. Housekeeping for the clean public areas and rooms. Morning breakfast person with her friendly smile and fresh full items to select from. Thank you for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Staff were very nice and professional

I had a Amazing overall experience, the rooms are cozy and spacious. The entire hotel is very clean. I loved the fact that the gym had up to date equipment. The staff is top tier Ashley helped me tremendously as I had a lot of questions and concerns the maids are great as well Thank you all I highly recommend Hampton Inn Reno west to any and everyone in the area and need a cozy friendly place to stay.

Makeila at the front desk was amazing. The key system was down because of the big Crowdstrike outage and she did everything possible to minimize the issue. Top notch service all around and just a lovely person. Pool was a nice retreat from the hot weather as well.
