Ein kleineres, feines Hotel. Hübsch und sauber. Das Personal bekommt einen 1 mit ***! Überaus freundlich - ob an der Rezeption oder in der Küche/Bar, die fleissigen Reinigungsfrauen, alle. Das Zimmer und Speisen waren auch tiptop. Gerade die Küche hat sich sehr große Mühe gegeben. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Ein bisschen Abzug gibt es: es wurde eine Kurtaxe von knapp 60 EUR erhoben (9 Tage) und auch die Liegen am Strand können ins Geld gehen, wenn man es nicht eingeplant hatte. 4-15 EUR/Tag. Auch die Cocktails sind durchwachsen lecker. Aber gut AI eben. Zudem wünscht man sich, bei aller Liebe zum Kind, auch einen Pool für Erwachsen/heranwachsende Jugendliche. Es gab zwar einen den man so benennen könnte, aber auch da quetschen sich zum Teil noch die Eltern mit den Babys mit dazu. Ab und an hatten wir Glück und den für uns ganz alleine. Aber die Saison begann erst. Man merkte wie es sich füllte. Vieles war die Anfangszeit entspannter. Ansonsten kann man Rethymnon sehr gut erreichen, aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe gab es eine hübsche Taverne zum einkehren. Für Partypeople ist es nichts. Weder in der Umgebung noch im Hotel.

Nous sommes allés là bas en couple pour décompresser, l'objectif est atteint . Le cadre est très sympa , le personnel fantastique très souriant toujours attentionné d'ailleurs on voit la bonne ambiance car le boss plaisante et prend soin de son personnel ! Du coup tout roule et on s'y sent comme chez soit ! La cuisine est correcte pour cette gamme d'hôtel .nous sommes arrivés vers 22h , une collation nous a été proposée avec poulet ,charcuterie ,crudités, tzatziki le top quoi ! On prend vraiment soin de vous ! Un petit bémol à mon goût : bien que ce soit un hôtel familial avec enfants donc, je trouve dommage que sur 4 piscines au moins une ne soit pas réservée aux adultes, à mon avis ce serait un plus

Emplacement impeccable. Très joli 🥰 très propre et le personnel bienveillant et sympathique. Le restaurant bien fourni matin midi et soir. Très bonne nourriture sans fioritures. Rien de négatif. Si ce n’est, qu’une seule toilette publique et les transats payants sur la plage 🏖️

Das Hotel macht einen hervorragenden Eindruck und verfügt über mehrere Pools. Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet, zumindest unseres war aber ungewöhnlich geschnitten mit einer Art Wohnzimmer mit Couchecke und TV, Küchenzeile (mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Wasserkocher) und im Raum integriertem Nassbereich (WC und Dusche mit Glaswand abgetrennt auf der einen Waschbecken auf der anderen Seite), der Schlafraum ist mit einer Tür aber abgetrennt, zudem Balkon mit Pool- und/oder Meerblick. (Wussten wir aber vorher und war für uns ok). Es befindet sich deutlich außerhalb des Stadtzentrums in eher mittelmäßigem Umfeld, aber direkt am Strand mit hoteleigenem Liegebereich. Wegen der sehr geringen Mehrkosten hatten wir All-Inclusive gebucht. Das Essen bietet eine reiche Auswahl an recht leckeren regionalen und internationalen Gerichten, hat kulinarisch aber Luft nach oben, zum Teil vermutlich nicht so hochwertige Zutaten. Hauptgerichte oft zu salzig und Nachspeisen viel zu süß ( die 20 VArianten schmecken zudem alle ähnlich) Getränke incl. Cocktails sind im Preis inbegriffen, aber auch hier merkt man mitunter die Kostendämpfungsbemühungen. Auch außerhalb der Mahlzeiten bekommt man Getränke und Snacks (kostenlos) an der poolbar, auch zum mitnehmen. Der Service und das Personal sind wirklich super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Haus auch unseren Freunden empfohlen.

Petite semaine en famille dans ce très agréable resort. Ambiance d'avant saison, donc pas trop de monde mais le personnel au top, autant au bar (Stella et Nikos) qu'au restaurant ( 😉 Maria, Manolis, le chef, bref tout le monde!) A l'accueil aussi les filles sont super, elles nous ont bien expliqué et guidé, et le général manager très friendly (👍 Stravos)! Les cocktails mais aussi la nourriture sont top, locale mais pas que. Très bonne expérience 🫶

Absolutely loved our stay! My husband and I travelled with our two small kids and grandmother and everything worked so well for all of us. Ioannis (the Front Office Manager) was extremely helpful both before and during our stay, guiding and helping us in finding the right room to accommodate all of us and in general just ensuring we had a great stay! Hotel has really nice facilities for both kids and adults. The kids club was great with a fantastic kids entertainer (thank you Anastacia) and staff overall very kid-friendly! Only thing to mention for improvement is that during the last days of our stay, we could feel the hotel was about to close for the season, also resulting in fewer options in the restaurant. Also, the evening entertainment (both for kids and adults) is a bit loud if the room is facing towards the sea. Otherwise, can really recommend it!

The most important and value it was the hotel is located in front to the beach. It was our third time in this hotel and we were informed that the the management was new and they had made a lot of changes and really bad . The restaurant with unfriendly staff the food was really bad and cold and all the drinks in plastic glasses. The room we got it was good and wecreally thanks Mr Yannis that he gave us rhe room we asked and wecwerw upgrade in the 400 area in a family room with sea view. We are not going to come back again with the new management because the qaulity is really bad now.

Here is a hotel which is not a club, but which is worth its 4 stars, if you are looking for tranquility, comfort, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, good local cuisine, in short above all a good hotel restaurant. The beach is not bad, however you have to pay 7 euros per day for your umbrella and deckchair, this is not included in the all-inclusive package. If you want to rent a vehicle, you leave the hotel and 50 meters further , you will pay 1/3 less than at the hotel. Julie the FRAM service provider to see it is to sell you an excursion. I was given a junior suite with 4 beds, my friends a room with a view of the swimming pool. I recommend this hotel.

The staff were the best that I have ever met. They could not have been more courteous, helpful, professional and I honestly believe that my enjoyment of the holiday was important to them. The hotel was clean. Food was delicious and the choices were varied. The hotel was the best that I have ever stayed in.
