The Kriti Beach hotel, is the best hotel in Crete my wife and I have stayed , we have spent 5 holidays in crete and this was the best service we've received. From reception to dining room staff , cleaning staff kept the room immaculate. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, waiting staff were top quality, tried fine dining restaurant received 5 star service and the best lamb dish in Crete. The beach beds were cleaned regularly and the staff friendly. I would recommend that Kriti Beach hotel to anyone and we'll be going back next year.

Such a lovely hotel. Very comfortable beds and the views are stunning. The staff is what made my experience ever so memorable. Chrissa I can’t thank enough for her hospitality professionalism and kindness. Panos at the front desk who is always available to help with any questions and for his professionalism. Fotis who makes the best Mojitos ever and her lovely personality. Antonis who goes far and beyond. Magda, Celesta, Despina and Christos. Thank you all for making my stay so wonderful. I will be back for sure.

The hotel is very well run, located approximately 15 minute walk from the harbour, the old town and the fortress. The food is very good, with different dishes available every night and lots of choice. The house white wine was very drinkable! The staff work really hard and give a very good service in the restaurant, as everywhere in the hotel. The bar at the front of the hotel is well run and always busy, again with excellent service. ( he makes a very good Mai Tai!) Entertainment on a couple of the evenings was also very good. The hotel beach across the road is easily accessible, and the rooms are very comfortable and regularly cleaned. All round, would recommend and I would definitely return to this hotel.

Just spent 2weeks at Kriti with my daughter, and what a great place to stay it was. Location is very good, nearby old town, Fortezza, shopping possibilities, and great beach right across street. Our room was comfy and our fantastic cleaning lady kept it beautifully clean and fresh on daily basis. Overall staff was very nice and helpful, also service at Kriti’s beach area was just awesome. Breakfast and dinner buffets were great, allot of good and tasty food to choose from, and i.e. omelettes prepared according to customers’ choice @breakfast. There was a dress code for dinner, which i personally was happy with. I rather see ppl dressing nicely for dinner, than not. I’ll choose Kriti Hotel if my way leads back to Rethymno at some point. I already miss time we spent there even though been back home only 2days by now :)

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Service. Die Lage ist einfach nur top. Eigener Strandabschnitt und die Stadt sofort zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und auch abwechslungsreich. Fand es auch sehr gut, dass man Strandhandtücher vom Hotel gestellt bekommt.

Fijne ligging van het hotel, heerlijk gevarieerd eten met superleuke bediening. Mooie kamers met een fijne douche en goed werkende airco. Het enige puntje is het tkleine zwembad. Maar het strand ligt voor de deur aan de boulevard met gezellige winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden. Top!

Super nettes Personal, Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Es hat alles super gepasst, bin mit allem wirklich zufrieden. Pool und SPA Bereich waren immer sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut Klimatisiert und sehr Sauber. Schalter ist immer besetzt und man kann mit allem, denen fragen.

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. Service perfect. We kwamen laat aan, rond 23:15 uur en ons werdt meteen gevraagd of we eerst wat willen eten en daarna pas inchecken. Het eten was heerlijk. Personeel was erg aardig en vriendelijk. 2 namen wil ik genoemd hebben, Antonius en Chrissa bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en voor de leuke en gezellige praatjes. De kamers waren netjes en schoon. Kamers werden dagelijks schoongemaakt door hele lieve en vriendelijke dames. Eten zowel ontbijt als diner erg gevarieerd en lekker. Mooie locatie en op loopafstand van het centrum. Strand aan de overkant met eigen gratis ligbedden en parasols. Wij komen hier zeker weer terug.

The first day of our stay we were denied entry to the restaurant for dinner because our son was wearing croc shoes (12 years old). In order to use the services, we were forced to purchase appropriate footwear. We were surprised to see in the following days how family members of the staff and certain selected guests violate this dress code with the permission of the staff who did not allow us to enter.
