We chose this hotel as we were going to the Bregenzer Festspiel and it was perfect. It is just a five minute walk to the train station and the train gets you to Bregenz in a few minutes more. It’s a brand new, stylish hotel, just a year old. We had a really nice, modern room with plenty of places to plug in our various devices. Although it overlooked a roundabout (and we could see to Austria in the distance), it was quiet and we slept well. The free bottle of water in the room is a nice touch. The nearest carpark costs 20 francs but you can park at the train station for 7 francs or free on the street until 9am. We were made to feel very welcome by both gentlemen on reception. A particular thank you to Herr Niederer who, as well as being friendly and professional, was generous with our welcome drinks. We will certainly be back!

From the time we arrived (which was 5 hours before check-in) everything was amazing. Super professional, kind and prestative staff....room is super clean and well equiped. Breakfast is also top notch point....very fresh and straight to the point. I will and definitely recommend it. The location is also very good, close to restaurants and everything that you need.

This is a Holiday Inn Express of the latest standards, so you know what you will get. Very friendly staff, clean and good sized room, table that is too small to put your laptop + paper, .... and very good breakfast in a nice restaurant area. All this for a very fair price, I will for sure book again if I'm in the area. One last note: plenty of space to park you car!

What a refreshing experience! A place of excellent hospitality, friendliness and service. We are happy to come back again. The hotel was very clean, had a great modern design overall, especially for that region, and was very comfy to spend the night. The location is right in the center of the town, which made it easy to hop around. For business, they had great amenities for meetings, fast internet and professional reception staff to help you out on anything you need in a rush. The restaurant was the best in town and the best we could find within 20 minutes by car. Service was excellent and brought the dining experience to a whole other level. Food was very classy and well presented, while the quality was really fresh and the flavors were nothing but mind blowing. As I said in the beginning. We will be back. Big thanks to all the team and especially to Kathi and Marco.

When we checked in we had a problem with the invoices because we travelled with friends. The staff seemed reluctant to rectify a mistake when they wouldn't change one invoice to two. The small rooms were quite dark, including the sheets and the towels. We found that the main clientele of the hotel are crafts men and wondered if white towels were considered a luxury? The furniture and the amenities were the bare necessities but it was clean. A sliding door with a frosted glass pane separated the bathroom which was a strange set up, and the sink was tiny but everything was functional. The rooms didn't have AC but fans were provided and were needed because it was hot. My back hurt from the uncomfortable mattress, my husband however, didn't have a problem. The bar was closed because it was Monday and the sitting area couldn't be accessed. Breakfast in the morning was alright, nothing special but sufficient to get us going. Because this hotel is close to the motorway we would recommend it for a 1 night stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean and modern. Our room on the 10th floor had a great view. There are two swimming pools, an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is really nice and offers great views whilst swimming. There is a steam room and numerous saunas although some of them were closed. Despite not being in the centre of Dornbirn, there is a shopping centre and exhibition centre next door and there are very frequent buses to the centre as well as the number 14 bus to Bregenz. The only negative I can think of is that there wasn't a door in the bathroom, which was a bit odd. It wasn't a big issue for me and my wife but could be for some people. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel and is very good value for money.

Contactless Check In has super hit, rooms were very nice and modern furnished. You have everything you need.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in June 2023 to vacation on Lake Constance. Lake Constance can be reached from the hotel in 15 minutes by car. Dornbirn city center is within walking distance. Dornbirn train station is right next door, but that's not a problem. We liked the hotel overall, but it also has some weak points. You can tell that the hotel is very new, everything is very modern and we liked the style. The room was clean, but one day our room cleaning was completely forgotten. We could only change the towels at reception in the evening. But the room was no longer cleaned. We have never experienced this in any other 4-star hotel and it shouldn't happen. Care products such as conditioner and especially tea and coffee were never refilled by the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, we couldn't drink coffee or tea on the last few days and the kettle was therefore useless if you don't have any products for it anymore. Unfortunately, there is no blackout curtain on the window. The curtain was white and did not darken the room. So it was bright as day in the room at 5 a.m. Not so nice if you actually want to sleep in on vacation, and of course that's difficult in a brightly lit room where the sun is shining. Otherwise you would have had a really wonderful night's sleep, as the beds were very comfortable and it was always very quiet. Unfortunately, there is no table in the room. If you want to write something on your tablet or laptop, the only option is the bed. This also means there are no shelves. There is enough cupboard space for clothes, but for everything else you have on a table (tablet, laptop, cell phone, keyboard, etc.) the only option is the floor. The WiFi is extremely fast and worked perfectly. We really liked the wellness area, it was always very quiet and clean. Unfortunately, there are no towels available in the wellness area, so you only have your bathrobe and a single towel for the sauna for the entire stay. It is therefore impossible to shower in the sauna area with a fresh towel, also because there is no shower gel or shampoo in the sauna showers. This should be a given in a 4-star hotel and we know it from other hotels. The hotel promotes sustainability, but unfortunately there are only disposable plastic cups in the rooms and in the wellness area. This is not appropriate for a 4-star hotel and is particularly not sustainable and should be urgently reconsidered. The staff were very friendly throughout, especially the staff at reception and in the restaurant. We mostly ate dinner in the hotel. The menu is very varied and the food was always very good. Stayed 4 nights over Christmas at this Hotel. Staff were excellent as was the whole experience.On Christmas Day they organised a wonderful Christmas dinner with entertainment as part of the package. Whoever was responsible for the cleaning of our room was to be commended , can't go into detail here but it was somebody with a wonderful sense of humour..
