From the time we arrived (which was 5 hours before check-in) everything was amazing. Super professional, kind and prestative staff....room is super clean and well equiped. Breakfast is also top notch point....very fresh and straight to the point. I will and definitely recommend it. The location is also very good, close to restaurants and everything that you need.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean and modern. Our room on the 10th floor had a great view. There are two swimming pools, an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is really nice and offers great views whilst swimming. There is a steam room and numerous saunas although some of them were closed. Despite not being in the centre of Dornbirn, there is a shopping centre and exhibition centre next door and there are very frequent buses to the centre as well as the number 14 bus to Bregenz. The only negative I can think of is that there wasn't a door in the bathroom, which was a bit odd. It wasn't a big issue for me and my wife but could be for some people. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel and is very good value for money.

The lake view room is fantastic. Unfortunately no balcony. Breakfast is excellent. Nice swimming pool and Sonna area. Friendly staff. Large room. Baking 5 franc per day. Dinner was very good.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in June 2023 to vacation on Lake Constance. Lake Constance can be reached from the hotel in 15 minutes by car. Dornbirn city center is within walking distance. Dornbirn train station is right next door, but that's not a problem. We liked the hotel overall, but it also has some weak points. You can tell that the hotel is very new, everything is very modern and we liked the style. The room was clean, but one day our room cleaning was completely forgotten. We could only change the towels at reception in the evening. But the room was no longer cleaned. We have never experienced this in any other 4-star hotel and it shouldn't happen. Care products such as conditioner and especially tea and coffee were never refilled by the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, we couldn't drink coffee or tea on the last few days and the kettle was therefore useless if you don't have any products for it anymore. Unfortunately, there is no blackout curtain on the window. The curtain was white and did not darken the room. So it was bright as day in the room at 5 a.m. Not so nice if you actually want to sleep in on vacation, and of course that's difficult in a brightly lit room where the sun is shining. Otherwise you would have had a really wonderful night's sleep, as the beds were very comfortable and it was always very quiet. Unfortunately, there is no table in the room. If you want to write something on your tablet or laptop, the only option is the bed. This also means there are no shelves. There is enough cupboard space for clothes, but for everything else you have on a table (tablet, laptop, cell phone, keyboard, etc.) the only option is the floor. The WiFi is extremely fast and worked perfectly. We really liked the wellness area, it was always very quiet and clean. Unfortunately, there are no towels available in the wellness area, so you only have your bathrobe and a single towel for the sauna for the entire stay. It is therefore impossible to shower in the sauna area with a fresh towel, also because there is no shower gel or shampoo in the sauna showers. This should be a given in a 4-star hotel and we know it from other hotels. The hotel promotes sustainability, but unfortunately there are only disposable plastic cups in the rooms and in the wellness area. This is not appropriate for a 4-star hotel and is particularly not sustainable and should be urgently reconsidered. The staff were very friendly throughout, especially the staff at reception and in the restaurant. We mostly ate dinner in the hotel. The menu is very varied and the food was always very good. The hotel is relatively near the Olma Messe (about 10 minutes on foot). This also means it is not near the centre of St Gallen. When I arrived, the staff was pretty unfriendly, telling me they were waiting on me to close, even though I arrived more then 1 hour before closing time of the reception... Nevertheless, the room was comfortable and clean. There is a train line juste next to the hotel. With a room on the 4th floor and a closed window, I was not bothered by it during my sleep. The breakfast in the morning was good. All in all, this is a nice place to stay if you want to access the Messe easily.

We spent 3 nights in a family room (6 people) with WC & shower. The hotel is located in the centre of the city, with public transport access right in front of the door and a free public transport card during the stay (valid from St-Galway to the Lake of Constance). We enjoy discovering the city of St-Galle, a bike tour on the edge of the lake of Constance, as well as a walk in the mountains of Appenzell.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. Check in is independent but very easy. Large outdoor parking and free indoor garage. It's a 15 minute walk to the local market. Quiet area and connected by a bus which I never took because I preferred to walk. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant but they are closed on Sundays. There is a paid drinks machine. I didn't give 5 stars because I didn't find either a minibar or a kettle in the room. We slept very well, soundproofed rooms with shutters that allow you to sleep in the dark even on rainy days. I advise.
