Atlantis Boutique City Hotel

I am still waiting for a refund for the stay that was not at all

This is my second time staying here, this year 2024 we stayed in the annex part of the hotel a couple of streets away(.less than five mins).the hotel and rooms are spotless as is the rooms in the annex which are very big and large balconies ..rooms cleaned everyday .clean towels everyday.great staff .will be staying there again in 2025..

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL Our group of 6 people arrived at this hotel and was checked in by a young man on the night shifts. We had 1 twin room & 4 singles. 3 of our party ended up in their annex which was a 7 minute walk away and we we’re supposedly upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony along with another of our party. Due to overbooking he had to move rooms the following day and ended up in the annex with the others which was very inconvenient. Our room was very small for 2 people and the bathroom / wet room is the smallest I have ever seen. No room to put a toilet bag anywhere and everything got soaked when showering. Our towels were changed daily as we had to use them to mop up the floor after showering. The jacuzzi on the balcony was overlooked by the hotels opposite and we only used it once for this reason. The cooked breakfast was lukewarm most mornings and only tinned fruit on offer along with cold meats & cheeses. The cereal seemed stale and the diluted fresh orange wasn’t replenished. It was noisy from the street if you left your doors open. We didn’t use the gym which was quite basic and the sauna was always switched off. We complained about our rooms and the group being separated but no one was interested. Those in their annex had bigger rooms but noise from the bars and the tarpaulin from an adjacent building constantly flapping made it hard to get a decent nights sleep. The location was ok being 10 minutes from the old town and beach with lots of tavernas nearby to eat. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again and I wonder how it got its 4 star rating

We stayed in the Atlantis City Hotel 25th September 24th for a week Staff: very friendly and helpful Hotel: very clean, no swimming pool, balcony so tiny we couldn’t sit on it, looking out on to a building site. Disappointing. Food : Awful very basic we ate out nearly day and night for the whole week Did not enjoy staying at this hotel, would not come back

Booked for a party of six at this hotel. On arrival at the hotel two of us were given rooms in an annex three minutes walk away. Another of our party had only one night in the actual hotel and then also had to move to the annex. The hotel is well situated but the Annex is close to the nightclub area and the noise from this necessitated me keeping the door to the balcony closed and the Aircon on. The rooms were pleasant enough, although the tea and coffee was not replenished after the first day. Breakfast was okay but the hot food was lukewarm. If I was to stay there again (unlikely) I would insist on staying in the actual hotel.

Thé restaurant staff were lovely and attentive. They only had one red wine and it was not good. When I asked for a white they had no cold white wine.The waiter asked us did we want ice cubes to make it cold. Not his fault but someone should have been on this. All in all would not stay here again.
