The staff, more specifically Ilias, Sofia, the gentleman with long hair that received us at the reception and the lady that serves breakfast, were really nice and this is was without a doubt the best of it. The breakfast was good, on the other hand lunch and dinner was someday's better and someday's worse but the staff was really slow, everyday there was lack of food and we had to ask for more and we had to clean our own tables before we sat down. The cleaning was the worse, the linens were no changed at all, the towels were meant to be changed every two days but this did not happen either. The floor was dirty with sand, hairs and anything else that fell in it because it was never cleaned.
It is quite far from any of the sandy beach's of from the capital, 30 min driving for Rhodes and Faliraki or if you want to go to Lindos 1 hour.
The pool was good, but the surroundings were dirty.
Nonetheless, considering that it was all inclusive, even that not all drinks were included, but there was beer, 4 different cocktails and Greek vodka, gin, tequila, the price was good.

Came back to the hotel for another year. Different rooms, but they did the best they could. They gave me some flowers from the garden and a bottle of wine for returning to the hotel again. The room was good. The only issue we had was that there was a puddle of water outside the door due to the air conditioning. It was there the whole time we were there. The food was OK! The hotel is nicely based in the village of Theologos. Short distance to other restaurants, shops, and car hire. Air conditioning was available. The bus stop to Rhodes Town was on the main street in Theologos and times displayed in the hotel reception. Asked for a another room on the last day as our flight was late. They were able to help us out again. Booked a taxi to take us back to the airport.

Summer dream is a budget holiday hotel, rooms are dated and not the cleanest but we found quite comfortable, we only used as a base to go out most days. Pool area is kept reasonably clean and the pool is decent for the size of the hotel. Worst part is the food and drinks, struggled to find something to eat daily as very repetitive and no signs to say what is served so it’s kind of guess work if you’re unsure. If you can live on pasta and spaghetti you’ll be fine! Deserts are the same constantly ice cream and watermelon/bananas. Drinks are hit and miss sometimes nice then ask for the same and ran out or a problem with something! Don’t bother with the slushy machine near the pool it taste like coloured water. BBQ day on Sunday was the best day we ate there and was great. We ate out most days spending around 50-100 euros a day so would’ve been nice not to have to. Overall we did enjoy our stay at summer dream the staff are ok, the other guests were nice, and the location isn’t too bad if you want get the local bus to do some site seeing! If you do stay here find Billy’s down the road and eat there the food and service is awesome .

Just home from a weeks stay here . My room was a little dated but was clean and comfy bed . All inclusive food was ok always found something to eat the lunchtime barbecue was lovely drinks were good served by Sophia who is really friendly and Savas and rest of staff including housekeepers all friendly. For what I paid to stay here no complaints at all and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here .

From checking in the staff where so accomadating . Give us a lovely welcome drink and water for the room We were showed to our room after midnight. Three days in and we are throughly enjoying our holiday, food and drink absolutely amazing. Staff can't do enough they are great especially Sofia she's lovely. We'll definitely be back.

We are here at moment. After reading reviews was sceptical. Can honestly say it’s first class. Staff couldn’t be more hello. Food okay. Something to eat at all meals. Pay 3 star don’t expect caviar lol. Drinks except. Pool good . We got moved to a family apartment as my sister in law was joining us for a week. Excellent first class treatment especially shout out to reception. Handled fantastic made sure we were all put together. Having a ball. Cocktail out of this world

Don't listen to the reviews. I absolutely loved my stay. For the price I paid, it was brilliant( went in may) The staff were brilliant. The drinks were brilliant. I even asked the chef to make me a moussaka, and it was on the menu the next night. If you want 5 star go and pay 5 star The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The manager was amazing the chef amazing the evening bar Staff she was amazing See ya nxt year

Jet2 flight was cancelled and we were placed here for a night. Would have been nice in the 80s and looks like nothing has changed. Would definitely not choose to book here. Stained towels, dirty bathroom, poor quality food, very dated. Food was of very poor quality.

Terrible food not edible and nothing for my twins to eat same food each day and repeated deserts was watermelon or ice cream will not be returning here worst place I’ve ever been too all inclusive waste of money hotel horrendous smashed windows one window with no glass in frame air conditioning had buckets outside room that dripped water. Says family hotel but nothing family about the place during day don’t do snacks like any other place I shall not be returning here waste of money my twins first holiday and biggest regret. Nothing to do and shocking experience
