Ótimo atendimento e boa localização.
Limpeza bem ruim. Banheiro estava sujo, principalmente o vaso sanitário com respingo de urina.
Roupa de cama parecida encardida.
Fui colocada no quarto ao lado de onde é servido o café, por isso de manhã é extremamente barulhento, impossível dormir enquanto não acaba o café e a limpeza do local.
Travesseiro alto e duro.

A experiência no DAN INN EXPRESS, que eu ainda não havia utilizado, foi muito abaixo da expectativa. O pior momento da hospedagem, tirando o fato da janela do quarto (primeiro andar) dar para uma rua de grande movimento, foi a péssima condição de BANHO. A temperatura não é tão quente e (principalmente) a pressão da água é péssima e sem força alguma, o que vai te dar uma sensação horrível e um banho pior que daquelas duchas bem fracas que você tinha na casa da sua avó. Banho péssimo e que detona qualquer possibilidade de relaxamento. Fiz a reclamação no site. Todavia, não bastasse, café da manhã foi servido por dois dias com pãezinhos amanhecidos, sem qualquer qualidade. De bom é a limpeza do quarto, caprichada pelas faxineiras de plantão. Entretanto, não recomendo e não utilizarei novamente. Achei muito abaixo da expectativa!

Os quartos não possuem muitas tomadas, não tive uma experiência muito positiva com o hotel. O café da manhã é bem gostoso, porém cheguei no quarto e não haviam toalhas a disposição. Os funcionários falam alto nos corredores de manhã e o quarto possuía um pouco de cheiro de mofo.

Gostei muito da estadia, desde o atendimento muito bom, funcionários simpáticos, cordiais, sempre sorridentes. Adorei o quarto que eu fiquei, muito confortável e com uma vista linda da cidade! Academia pequena, mas muito aconchegante e supriu as minhas necessidades e considero um plus pq poucos hotéis oferecem hoje em dia e quando tem algum convênio com academias, é muito caro!! Ainda tem a vista espetacular! Pena que não curti o bar e a piscina! Café da manhã nota mil, até mesmo comparando com outros hotéis da mesma rede! Dois pontos de melhoria: Jantei uma noite e apesar do local muito agradável, esqueceram de trazer a minha bebida! E no quarto não tinha cobertor. Volto em Ribeirão mensalmente e agora só fico lá!!

Imagens no App do NacionalInn e Booking diverge da realidade. Hotel antigo, sem conforto e infraestrutura, cheiro forte de mofo, as camas sem conforto e antigas, banheiro com as paredes sem pintura, tinta descascando, localização ruim e não faz jus ao valor cobrado.
