Os quartos são ruins, coisa simples como limpar o lustre estava cheio de bichos. Ar-condicionado barulhento. Não fornecem nem sabonete. Chegamos cansados da festa a 1 da manhã, querendo tomar banho, e a água do chuveiro estava gelada, a moça da recepção falou que ligaria o aquecedor mas demoraria 1 hora para aquecer. Café da manhã tinha só pão, presunto e queijo, e estava com cara de velho, sem condições de comer, fomos comer no mercadão. Não recomendo.

Fiz reserva pra uma semana nesse hotel por e-mail em fev de 22 ( ficaria hospedada em março 2022 ) reserva foi confirmada pela funcionária . Liguei na semana da hospedagem pra confirmar . Me disseram que estava tudo certo . Ao chegar no hotel , fui recebida por uma pessoa que me disse que não tinha reserva pra mim , que não podia fazer nada pq a funcionária que confirmou havia sido mandada embora do hotel . Total descaso com o consumidor !
