The breakfast was terrible, tasted bad. And the service was not professional. When I checked out, they ask me every drink which we had used in minibar, how could I remember the detail? Then when I checked the bill, they asked why I can’t pay immediately? In fact the billing is wrong.I don’t think this hotel deserve a chain hotel. I will not chose this hotel again. I always stay there when I'm in Ribeirão Preto and I'm always out of words with how amazing my experience has been. From the managers to receptionist, cleaning services and security agents, the whole staff is very nice, friendly, polite and goes out of their way to make my stay the most comfortable possible. Their restaurant has a very nice, silent, climatized environment, with special chairs for small kids. Their breakfast is very nice with great variety: fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, many different kinds of breads, cookies, sausages, scrambled eggs, morning cereals, juices, coffee, milk, sandwich grillers, yougurt, etc. The staff are constantly replenishing everything and taking out used utensils from our table. I can't recommend enough.

Stayed during Agrishow 2022, the hotel was fully occupied but the services worked well. Nice, quiet, clean room. Availability of elevators was limited during ’rush hours’ in the morning and late afternoon which understandable, though.
