Overall, staying (our first time) at Hotel Boemia was an excellent experience. Spotlessly clean throughout, spacious rooms, breakfast very good even for us vegetarians. At reception, Elena takes top prize -- warm, courteous, and always helpful, a model for all to follow. In the front cafe/lounge, Robbie (Roberto) is professional, congenial and a genuine asset to the hotel. Our one disappointment was that we found no obvious focus on serious cycling or cycle touring (basic bikes were available for casual cyclists). We learned while there that the hotel was more engaged with road-bike and mountain-bike cycling some years ago. If cycle touring is your goal, be sure to check their cycle program when booking. Finally, a welcome/information pack (in English) in the room would have been helpful, especially for overseas visitors like us (from Ireland). Nonetheless, this is a well-managed, top-class hotel we can highly recommend -- in a wonderful location. We will definitely return. JÉC

Hotel Concord the place to be Perfect play to stay,very comfy staff very friendly.The breakfast is excellent big breakfast room but you can do also in garden/tarrace outside. Localization 10/10 in the heart of old town in Riccione 50 mt by walk from main walking road ceccarini street,100 mt from the beach. Area spa is perfect pool jacuzzi solarium easy to order the drink in the bar downstairs aperitif is very good. Room is very modern airconditional fridge free water everyday comfy bed and cool toilette,smart tv not miss nothing. Them take care about your stay. After accepting an offer for 2 rooms 4 nights, and while travellling to riccione we were told that we had to switch rooms twice, per room. Not a great way to start your holiday living out of your suitcase. At the same time rooms were stil offered on ***********..? Anyway we didn’t have a choice. We adviced to manage expectations next time, Marianne claimed this was normal procedure because they want to sell all rooms and other guests never complain. Do know we were not compensated. We got 1 night room upgrade which was of good quality. The prestige rooms were old, bathroom obviously repaired by a non professional many times. Mold and other creepy black stainsThe plaster of next door balcony ceiling came of with a Big Bang which was terrifying. The repair next door was noisy, we had to leave the room (when finally moved in after leaving the other room in the morning). The last room we stayed in 602 with double glass, one glass was missing. And never repaired. Staying 4 nights 3 days we were charged 4 days sunbeds, which is robbery. Anyway, the breakfast and servants was great. Location super. The prestige rooms are not prestige and worth 4 or even 3 stars and therefor highly overpriced. The swimming pool was not open the whole day. People were talking about the poolman (not the English speaking economy student which is an asset to this hotel) but another man that obviously drank too much and therefor not trustworthy to guard the swimmers. And last, when returning the parking card they didn’t give us the return deposit of 25 euros. We had to go back to get it. Would not recommend to stay here in a prestige room. And check twice if they really have availability during your stay or waste your holiday time on packing and unpacking. Cheers to the cleaners, the rooms were cleaned very well.

The hotel is a 4-star hotel in Riccione. This year I booked here for the long weekend I do every year on bike with my son. At the ‘external' level, the structure is a little more affected by the ‘weight of the years' and the difference is even more noticeable than the ‘neighbors' who have suffered recent lifting. The rooms are very clean, very pleasant to enjoy the pool at the seventh floor. Frokost of first order, but the thing that distinguishes this structure is the courtesy and education of the staff. I have been frequently in Riccione for almost 40 years and I have always appreciated the welcome that the Riccios have reserved to tourists, but the Nautico have been able to surprise me. Education, gentleness, attention from check-in until the time of the re-supply of the room keys. One word: BRAVI!
