Rooms could use some updating

Horrible condition. Not safe. Drunk people hanging out. Dirty

I gave a two star because I had to change my room twice. First room looked like sheets were used and pillows. Up under fitted sheets had a few crumbs so I asked for new bedding and I would put it on myself but they didn't give me a fitted sheet. Dust was on top of frigerator and everything was just not cleaned right. I just got frustrated because I realized I shouldn't be doing Others job. I was tired and asked for another room. The next room smelled like a strong food that stained it bad. I left for hours with window open and air on. Also front desk gave me a spray but it didn't work. I came back but it seemed stronger than ever and old food on top of refrigerator and I asked for another room. First 2 rooms was next to each other but the 3rd room was upstairs. No bad smells but it still was not what I expected. Floor in bathroom needed swept. No bathroom trash can. We needed towels and they didn't have any. The ones in room looked used. No house keeping to tidy room next day. Once we got everything we needed we did have a good night sleep. It was quiet like no one was there and the front desk people were nice and understanding and helped the best they could but I just still would not go back only because of housekeeping, no towels, weired strong smells and cleanliness 👎

Budget property that has seen better days. Staff was excellent. Fitness room was better than most hotels. Comfortable bed, great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

I payed for a suite. 2 hours before check in i got a call saying they no longer had one. They offered to give me two connecting rooms which i accepted. When i got to the rooms one was not cleaned, the cleaning lady said she was tired and going home. So all they offered me was thme was another room across the hall. What exactly was i supposed to do with two rooms across from each other. Place was very unprofessional about it. Then i was charged $150 instead of the $100 deposit fee i was quoted. Grounds were unkept with trash everywhere. Very disappointing. Motel looks nothing like the website pictures.

Customer service is great; staff were friendly and helpful. Corridors and stairs were fairly dingy. Our room however was spacious, clean and would have been quiet if it was not for the occupants above tramping around in the middle of the night. Overall, this is fine for short stays in Minneapolis; location makes it easy to get around in the city.

I thought was in a great area but wasn’t hallways was dirty garbage in the hallway room was great but need update mismatch chair no kitchen pits and spoon to eat I give it a 3

Spacious suites, clean. There was only one cup and one plate. Coffee but no coffee maker. Bare minimum essentials. Nothing fancy, but needed a place to sleep.
