Problems checking in, checked in to non smoking room when we reserved a smoking suite, was moved to smoking suite, both rooms full of stink bugs and other bugs as well, room not clean, tiles cracked and dirty

Upon checking in we had a reservation the man said to avoid a 10 day $300 hold on our card we’d be charged $25 and our room changed. Hoping to upload photos because the room was not cleaned at all. He said no breakfast just coffee when the website is all about breakfast I’m sure the sheets were washed but very stained. Room says non smoking but sheets had holes from smoking. Cats everywhere. Hotel employee said he was using fabuloso to clean the halls. Very disappointed. Rate was nice till we was charged $25 when arrived. Very fishy. Thankful we have a place to stay after seeing the lights at ogelbay but will not be back or recommend this place to anyone and I’m not one to bash a business it’s hard to make it in the world today. But the room has to be cleaned before you offer it to a guest not with cobwebs and noddles on the wall by the trash can!

Nice people who owned the place and the employees were great . Let me check out an hour later , due to some pending business I had to take care of , at no additional charge . The room was clean and the hotel was quiet at night .

Pay the extra $10 stay somewhere else.
Check in guy, was pushing for an upsell, he wasn't happy that I'd booked on line and complained about it through the whole check in experience.
The room was adequate. Easy access to the highway. This is a one night stay location, not a destination hotel.
But $39 a room it served it's 1 night on the way purpose.
Vending machines were empty, but plenty of restraunts and a grocery store were very close.

Comfortable bed, but needs updating
Several cats outside front door with feeding dish. Another cat in lobby jumping up in front counter. Was greeted at counter by man wearing stained white t-shirt. Staff was pleasant. Had some ants in bathroom eating something on floor when we first arrived. Tub faucet heavy dripping, could not shut off. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast consisted of cheerios, cornflakes, oatmeal and a loaf of bread. No fruit, bagels, etc. Fire alarm went off twice just before we checked out. Firemen came out twice.

One night, convenient
Check in was smooth this time. 4th stay, finally no hard time for booking on line. Thank you!
Still a $$ hold because I booked online, but no hassle about not wanting to upgrade upon arrival. Again thank you! It hC been a very long day already. Easy check in and straight up to the room.
It's a great $40 room, single queen bed. No it's not fancy or updated.
No the vending machines are not stocked. This time the ice wasn't working either.
But it's easy access to the highway, convenient for area food etc. One night stay , quiet hotel.
The bed is fine, the pillows thin. This is not a resort or vacation hotel.
This was the first shower I've taken there, decent water flow, clean but no wash cloths.
This is an easy access, quiet, one night on the road hotel.

Well…I am honestly shocked that ******* would list this hotel on their site. I booked the hotel and for $39.99 a night didn’t have high expectations. When I showed up they wanted an additional $300.00 as a security deposit. The other option the offered me was an additional $40.00 per night which brought the room up to $80.00 a night. This was a complete rip off and I would tell anyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. The hotel was not very clean and there are cats everywhere to include inside the facility. To get the room for $40.00 a night you expect less than great but to be forced to either pay an additional $300.00 or $40.00 a night is a complete and total rip off. Best to find somewhere else to stay!!!

It list pool but under construction they dont tell you that beforehand and its supposed to be a smoking room but after you pay they make you sighn a paper that they'll charge you 150.00 if fire alarm goes off and tell you that if more than one person in room you must rotate 1 cig every 45 minutes they offer you a up grade room which is a king size bed but for 178.00 for 2 nights its truly over-priced and they show a coffee maker in room notta ! Had to buy one also they advertise a breakfast its completely empty there were other things but those were the biggest complaints
