Outstanding customer service. Place was clean and smelled good. Hotel was well maintained, Nice selection of food for breakfast Cost for room was outstanding, It’s not often you find such a good hotel at such a low cost. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This hotel is well up our list of were to stop. It has very caring staff, great breakfast and fully equipped rooms. We have stayed here many times over the years and if we are visiting Georgia it is always our 1st booking. Nice area with plenty of places to eat. They also arrange a collection by mini bus to take you to the trolley ride in Savannah to save having to use your car in a very crowded town. This is a must stop hotel for this area.

I’m presuming that Richmond Hill is a nice town. However, trying to find a restaurant that is open for business on Monday evening is hopeless. The BW is nicely refurbished.

Overall I would recommend for a quick stay. Definitely a bit outdated and could use some modernization, but it was conveniently located and the staff were incredibly nice.

The hotel was clean, the staff was amazing, my room was great. I had a great check-in and check out experience. Breakfast was awesome. This would get five stars from me but the pool and the jacuzzi were down and they didn't tell me before I paid for my room. It would have made a difference. Other than that great place to stay!

#1) Arrived at 2p and would not check us in unless payed $25.00 "early" check-in fee. Had to wait an hour (in car in parking lot after a long inter-state drive) until 3p to avoid penalty. #2) Not as advertised....indoor pool was not heated (not told) and Hot Tub not working (informed when asked after check-In). #3) Coffee served in Lobby, but no Decaf available which is what we drink. Politely told we could make our own Kuerig in our room which is not quite that same IMO. Beds were old and one of the Queens was very uncomfortable.
