Ritz Copacabana Boutique Hotel

We were not informed at check-in that drinks and snacks in the minibar would be charged. There was only a card in the room that stated that a coffee capsule costs the equivalent of around €1.60 - nothing more. Accordingly, we helped ourselves to the minibar (mainly water). We stayed in the hotel for a total of 8 nights, towards the end of our stay we were charged for all the snacks and water (around 2 euros per 330 ml bottle). When we asked why we weren't told about this from the start or why there was NOTHING like that to be found in our room (apart from the note about the coffee capsule), we received no answer and had to pay the entire amount, whether or not 8 days was of course not a small amount. Because the colleagues at the reception didn't speak good English or could barely speak English, the service was correspondingly subpar. In a hotel like this it should actually be assumed that the colleagues at the reception can speak English. Conclusion: no recommendation, for the money spent there are far better hotels that are worth the money.

Bedroom and bathroom with great spacing! Very well located, almost on the corner I came to Av Atlantica, in front of gas station 5. So, you can go for walks with ease. Breakfast is diverse and very tasty. Friendly staff, highly recommend and want to come back!

Muy buena recepción, rápida y atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Desayuno variado, tipo buffet. Buena vista y excelente ubicación, cerca de la playa y zona de restaurantes. Las camas cómodas y la ducha excelente (amplia). Todo limpio y bien cuidado

Me surpreendeu. Camas grandes e confortáveis, tudo novinho, quarto e box grandes. Café ótimo também. Funcionários simpáticos e limpeza 10/10!! Só não gostei do secador de cabelo que estava fraco porque era da voltagem errada então tive que sair de cabelo molhado..mas fora isso, tudo maravilhoso. Recomendo.

Fiz uma viagem à trabalho em Junho/24, e fiquei hospedado três diárias no Hotel Ritz. É um hotel razoável, classificação 3 estrelas está adequado, nada mais que isso. A minha experiência foi razoável. Já na minha chegada senti uma falta de interesse do atendente da recepção quando perguntei pra ele se era possível fazer check in antecipado. Com muito desinteresse disse que não havia quarto disponível, e me deu uma canseira, só consegui fazer o check in depois das 14h00. O quarto achei pequeno, o sinal da rede Wi-Fi funcionou bem. O chuveiro era bom. Eles emprestam ferro de passar roupa mediante solicitação. O café da manhã achei bom, pra mim foi satisfatório pois tinha as opções básicas que costumo comer. Pra mim foi satisfatório pois além das opções que costumo comer, tinha até grãos (castanha, nozes, amendoim e etc). O hotel em si não tem academia, mas possuem parceria com uma academia que fica na mesma rua, há uns 100 metros de distância. O hotel fica bem próximo à praia de Copacabana, dá pra ir a pé nos comércios mais próximos pois o hotel é muito bem localizado. Além disso transporte de aplicativo dá pra ir pra qualquer local da cidade. Enfim, o custo benefício é bom se comparado com o preço cobrado por outros hotéis da região.

Mala atención, mala comida, pésimas habitaciones y peligrosas y eso que estuvimos en una ejecutiva. Un problema para pagar Con tarjeta, además no cuentan con conocimiento mínimo de español. Los desayunos son pobres y sin ambientación para familia, llena de vidrios poco seguros
