Great hotel, staff were friendly and loved the ale house bar. One thing that could be improved is the Lift speed, it is painfully slow! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again

We went to the Ripon Inn for first time for the weekly quiz night. It was amazing the host Justin was awesome so witty and funny. The inn itself is immaculate and furnished beautifully. We also had the small quiz night sharing foods and they were delicious and fed a table of 4 easily We will definitely return

This is a lovely kept hotel in walking distance to the centre of Ripon.Our room was spacious and the shower room was newly refurbished.The heated towel rail kept the bathroom cosy.The bed was very comfortable.The breakfast was fine though I would have liked more choices of juice and fruit.The hotel offers a system that if you don’t have your room cleaned if you are staying multiple nights you will be given a free drink for each person which we took advantage of.There is a nice area to sit outside overlooking the grounds.Outside it was all very well presented with pretty flower displays.There is a large car park.There are always plenty of helpful staff about to help you.I especially liked the old photos of Ripon throughout the hotel.

What we didn't like was the slamming of doors and noise from other guests late at night, theirs no way when booking to request a quiet room, no way to contact hotel direct as phone says not available and no email address!

Very nice, new, hotel with excellent rooms, food and staff. Clean and tidy everywhere and staff all friendly and helpfull. Very nice interior also!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful part of England. Ate well for dinner in the restaurant. The room was very nice with a gorgeous view. Beds were comfortable and bathroom well functioning with attractive tiling. Restaurant had an conservatory area, which had piles of cushions from the outside bit, this made the room less attractive, but we ate in the main restaurant which was fine.

We had a great time good food. Ground floor room, good for my mum, she had a walker. The only thing could not open windows, all rooms like this. They said they were going to sort this out soon. We would stay hear again. All staff were friendly. Good location for town, good places to visit walking or buy car.

We stayed for a night of our Honeymoon at The Ripon Inn. The Inn is beautiful and clean. Staff was nice and the restaurant had good options
