We wanted somewhere we could use as a one night base which was ok. Nice warm greeting from Lorna on arrival. The property is in need of some updating and repairs

My hostess was charming: helpful and accommodating in all sorts of ways. The property comfortable and well equipped.
The location is convenient for shops, restaurants and cafes as well as close to some good hill and moor walking.

I had a maisonette to myself which was large and it was well appointed. Lovely and Lorna the owner would do anything for you. Thoroughly recommend this place it is just up the hill near Ripponden close to all pubs etc.
