Aloha Luxury Apartments on Ganges by RC

The stay was really awesome. The location was very calm and accessible. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The view of mighty gang-es from the pool side was very magnificient.

Location is good. Ambience was good. No problem in checking in or checking out. But had to pay additional charges for 2 days parking which was not informed to us in advance. Tata sky account was deactivated, so couldn’t watch tv. Pool was closed which was no where mentioned at the time of booking.

Heaters in this low temperature of rishikesh, quilt quality poor, hard matter's. Plug points only 2 are working out of almost 12, 15 switches, tv switch doesn't not have multi purpose plug, no tv recharge. Spoiled birthday celebration.

The food was amazing and hygiene and safety standards were okay.

I was very happy to see the location of the property. Such a scenic view. The apartment is very nicely spread out, it has a very good lounge, dining area, sports activities etc. The vegetarian food offered by the property is extremely good and must try.

The property is at the river front. We stayed at aloha rishikesh from 24. 06. 22 to 26. 06. 22. We observed following points which need immediate attention and 1. Washroom extremely smelly. 2. Dustbin area in the kitchen very dirty and smelly. 3. Washroom cabinet very dirty. 4. No water drain pipe for ac so the water accumulates in the balcony. 5. Tv display defective. Distorted colours. 6. Parking is chargeable at 150/day i hope that these points are taken care off to make the stay more enjoyable and comfortable.
