Stay at your own risk. I checked in with my family including an 1year old kid. Rooms were filthy as hell with spider webs and spiders hanging all around the roof and walls and windows, used bottles and craps below the bed. Paucity of staff may lead to a situation when you may have to search for even a single person in the so called resort at times. They won't provide towels, and other necessary items until you ask, and on asking their reply is that It's a camp and not a resort or hotel so it works this way only, but I think they forgot to see that they have named it Treepie "Resorts". And if you dare complain about any of these the caretaker talks rude and even asks you to leave at midnight. They clearly charged us 12% GST but on asking they provide a plain invoice with no mention of GSTIN or any details. On top of that they marked us no show on the website we booked the reservations through. Food is just okay. One positive is only the location of the property, which is river side. So stay at your own risk if you want to go with family.
