Notevolmente stupiti delle recensioni positive ci decidiamo e scegliamo questo hotel a conduzione familiare come nostro alloggio per le vacanze. L'Hotel all'apparenza si presenta molto bene, ordinato, e molto tranquillo ( età media 55/60 anni). Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza n°201 (con balcone con vista) molto moderna e bella MA purtroppo.. sporca.. Siamo una coppia che non guarda il dettaglio, ma mucchi di polvere e capelli (dentro la doccia/sul termosifone dove tra l'altro ci avevano appoggiato gli asciugamani, dietro la porta, sopra le lampade) non ci é andato molto.. La cena era molto buona , forse avrei preferito un tipo di cucina più classica e tipica.. Le ragazze in sala, molto gentili e professionali, peccato per i prezzi "alti" (bottiglia d'acqua 3.80€, gin tonic 10€ , amaro 4€, cafè 1.80€) e a volte lenti (2 ore per cenare) La colazione abbastanza ricca e molto buona ma purtroppo non rissortiscono in breve tempo la colazione (se si arriva un po' più tardi alcune cose non si trovano più) oppure bisogna aspettare un po' troppo. Forse servirebbe qualche persona in più come personale. Tutte le zone in comune (sauna piscina e giardino) molto curato e pulito. In un giorno di pioggia, abbiamo deciso di rimanere in camera e guardarci un film ma purtroppo la TV non era smart , e si potevano guardare solo 2 canali in italiano. Alla fine dell'alloggio al pagamento (fatto dal titolare) purtroppo non ci é stato nemmeno chiesto come ci siamo trovati ne cosa abbiamo fatto in questa settimana. Premetto che non ci siamo mai lamentati di nulla anche quando potevamo farlo (unica nostra richiesta é stata un presa come adattatore perché hanno solo prese con due poli "tedesca")

Familiengeführtes Hotel an wunderschöner Lage, wo man das Engagement und Herzblut spürt als Gast. Wunderbares regionales Frühstücks Buffet, wo für jeden was dabei ist. Herausragendes mehrgängiges Nachtessen, wo es auch vegetarische Hauptgänge und Vorspeisen gibt; die Küche ist inspiriert von Italien, aber eben Südtirolisch geprägt - eine gelungene Mischung mit viel Regionalität. Dazu gibt’s einige Südtiroler Weine im offen Ausschank zur Auswahl, aber auch Flaschen Weine, so dass man die diversen Weine auch gut kennen lernen kann über die Woche. Geräumiges Zimmer, mit Sofa und Arbeitstischchen, sowie sehr grossen Balkon zum Wald hin, hat für uns sehr gut gepasst mit unseren Hunden. Sehr schöne Lage für kleinere und grössere Spaziergänge, auch der Wald ist überall, ebenso kleinere Seen. Und mit der Ritten Karte kann man sowohl Seilbahn von Bozen her wie auch die Schmalspurbahn in Ritten oben benutzen und ist so sehr mobil auch ohne Auto. Sogar den Regionalzug bis Brenner kann man damit nutzen, wenn man von Innsbruck herkommt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, eine Wirbelsäule-Massage oder Fussreflexzonen etc. von zwei sehr kompetenten Fachkräften machen zu lassen auf Bestellung. Ebenso gibts eine Sauna unten und ein Schwimmbad. Sommer Brise in Oberbozen: Vor allem im heissen Sommer ist es da oben sehr angenehm. Würden das Hotel der Familie Maier jedem empfehlen der im Südtirol ein paar Tage verbringen möchte.

Das Hotel Haus am Hang ist in jeder Hinsicht ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer, das Essen, Pool und Spa, die Lage, die Ruhe. Schon einzigartig ist die Freundlichkeit und der Service der Eigentümer und des Personals. Wir erlebten hier immer erstklassigen Service, Empathie und in der Beratung immer aller höchste Qualität! Ob beim Essen, der sehr guten Weinkarte oder bei der Auswahl der richtigen Wanderroute. Die Erholung und der Genuss waren in 14 Tagen außergewöhnlich hoch! Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder! Soggiornato ultimi giorni del 2021. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per l'offerta della zona relax con saune e piscina all'aperto riscaldata. E'stata una conferma non solo per i servizi elencati ma anche per la buona accoglienza , la camera spaziosa e pulita, la cena ottima e un panorama incantevole, insomma una vacanza in un'hotel che soddisfa tutti i requisiti per una vacanza meravigliosa. Ritornerei volentieri anche solo per rivedere il tramonto mentre mi rilasso nella zona wellness.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni nel periodo di Natale. L’hotel è molto grazioso, la nostra stanza “pergola” ampia e pulita. Lo staff gentile e cordiale. L’atmosfera calda e famigliare. Il cibo semplicemente perfetto. La posizione della struttura è strategica per raggiungere varie ed interessanti mete nei dintorni. Lo consigliamo e ci torneremo !

L'hotel si trova in una posizione privilegiata: si vede tutto l'altipiano del Renon, la corona di montagne circostanti, la vallata fino a Bolzano. Ampie vetrate, legno profumato, eleganza e calore nell'arredo sia degli spazi comuni sia delle camere, ci hanno entusiasmato da subito. Sotto l'hotel c'è la fermata del trenino del Renon, ci sono le partenze per innumerevoli sentieri, si può evitare di usare la macchina per tutta la durata della vacanza. La spa, con piscina riscaldata all'aperto, sauna panoramica, zone relax, è all'altezza. Prima colazione e cena sono eccellenti, sia coma alta qualità del cibo sia come quantità. La famiglia proprietaria della struttura, infine, è squisitamente gentile.
