As a young couple from Scandinavia we had a perfect experience in this Hotel. There really is nothing bad to write. The staff were very polite and professional, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the terrace at room 404 could not have been any more spectacular. The breakfast was delicious with everything you need for a tasty meal. We Scandinavians learned that a typical Italian breakfast usually is a croissant and a coffee, but we liked to sleep in so we came 5 mins before it closed and filled up 3 breakfast-plates with food and pastry because we were afraid that it was going to get removed before we were full. We nearly ate it all up most of the time, but sometimes left a plate or two with some remains we could not finish. After a while we also learned that you should not leave remains after a meal, so we felt bad that we might have disrespected the staff. But they were as polite as always, and our last day they learned that we really liked omelette, so one of the staff went and brought freshly cooked omelette to us even if the breakfast was a minute or two away from closing. We really appreciated that and it adds to how far the staff goes for its customers. The receptionist was always kind and greeted you with a smile, no matter time of the day or night. We would also like to thank them, but a special thanks to Andrea who gave us a compliment we will carry with us for our entire lives. We will definitely come back. We stayed 8 days at the Carol de RIMINI hotel. The hotel is very well located and very clean, the typical kitchen is tasty, the staff very efficient and sympathetic.
